Keto is an easy diet to follow. There are many alternatives for foods you can’t eat like bread, pizza, bagels, noodles etc. I’ve been keto for 20 weeks and I’ve lost just under 60 pounds. I feel the best I’ve ever felt. Keto doesn’t need to be difficult. Keep it simple 🙂

I totally agree. People have even posted online about following a vegan keto diet!!!! That's pretty extreme but just proves that a lot of extra animal food isn't necessary. I think it's incredible how much cravings go away with keto. Base bread is kinda expensive but my husband and I were impressed with it.

I lost 35 pounds in 2months...and have kept it offfor over 8 months now. My kidney function improved. My blood pressure norrmalized. My hormonal weight gain and period cramps disappwared. Iwas calmer and more focused and no brain fog. All the swelling left my body.. No edema and my artritis in my hand went away. I love Ketosis.

Ya they didn’t seem very informed and were coming at it more from a curiosity point of view. That’s still great but there are better videos out there for people who actually want to get the benefits from a ketogenic diet.

So this didn’t make any sense you have one girl that wasn’t really following the diet. Then off of 30 days you say that this is not sustainable there’s a lot of people that have been on keto for years and are perfectly fine

keto wasnt for you but you learned to read nutrition labels. Even though you failed at keto, you still learned a valuable lesson, which means you didnt fail

Keto isn't extreme and it's the easiest diet in the world to follow. The health benefits are incredible. The key is that you can't cheat w/ the sugar & carbs, especially at first. You can certainly eat berries. Strawberries, Raspberries especially as they are very low GI. Just don't go overboard and keep it to one serving. You can have very dark chocolate, such as Alter Eco's Blackout or Super Blackout, or Eating Evolved Midnight chocolate. After the first couple of days, you'll never miss the carbs and there are so many keto options and ways of making food that you won't miss the horrible standard American diet. You can have pizza on keto, using fat head dough. You can also have keto donuts, make them w/coconut flour dough etc. Honestly, there are just so many options. Humans are meant to eat meat, that's why we have the dentition & digestive systems we have. I've been on Keto for almost 2 years, it's so easy. I never stress about food any more. I also intermittently fast. It's a game changer. There are whole indigenous peoples who strictly ate keto and were very healthy until they ate a western diet, then they got diabetes, heart disease etc. There are so many great channels on KZfaq with great recipes & guidance. Keto Connect, Dr. Ken Berry, Dr Eric Westman, The Keto Chef, Papa G's channel, just to name a few. I started to love cooking again.

So true!!!! Keto is amazing and it’s done so many wonders for me!!!! I’m actually restarting because I hopped off the Keto wagon last November and I wish I didn’t!!!! It’s amazing!!! I love Keto and it’s my kind of lifestyle!! Never had I ever gotten results from anything else!! My 9 year search is over!! KETO IS THE ONE!!

@@iraisi123 That's great, but keep in mind, you don't need a premade delivery service. Keto is super easy to do w/out all the bells & whistles. Buy steak , eggs, and hamburger, buy cheese, heavy cream, and salt, lots and lots of salt and maybe at first some electrolytes, then eat. You don't need to make any of the fancy dishes like your own keto noodles (although Palmini at Sprouts work great as noodles) and you don't to make fancy keto breads, or cookies, you don't need any of that stuff. It really is the simplest diet to follow. Good luck in your journey.

Keto works but honestly I felt so exhausted from the beginning. Then I tried the Agoge diet plan and it also worked, but I did not feel bad at all, so I'm sticking with the *Agoge diet*.

For me keto is the easyest way to loose weight! I started with 104kg and today, 2 months later, 94,3kg 💪 i am never hungry because i eat a lot!

It’s clearly to see that only the girl who loss 5lbs enjoyed the most and is the happiest there. The other two failed the challenge. Tomorrow I complete my 1st month of keto+intermittent fasting. I lost 15lbs and I don’t crave sugar or carbs at all! I’m so happy eating my boiled eggs, nuts, avocado, fish etc… I love all these foods and I’m having a blast!

Testimonial! I have been on keto for over a year and throughout my whole pregnancy which is almost over. I feel incredible. I am eating more nutrient dense food than I ever have, I have gone off most of my meds, my mental health is better than ever, and I just feel overall healthier! This has also been the easiest pregnancy ever, and I am 40. No swelling, no cravings, minimal aches, good energy (good....not great...after all, I am about 9 months preggers, lol!) and up only 5#. I started off obese, so it was recommended that I not gain more than 15#. And my bloodwork is beautiful. Keto on!!!

@@brianwestmoreland3836 Top notch! I did have some persistent anemia that I corrected with dessicated beef liver supplements. I am almost down to the weight I was before I started having kids 7 years ago, LOL! The first 2 babies were SAD diet, and I had gained 80 plus pounds with those pregnancies. Within 20# of goal now!

i tried keto diet mostly because i want to lose weight, i just want o share my experience with it, its really actually hard to sustain plus i do experience very excruciating headache thats why i stopped it and started agoge diet. i di lose weight without all those bad things and i have never been happier

its really not hard to sustain at all, i did it for 5 years. Headaches can be counteracted with upping your electrolytes which you can buy keto based ones on amazon or just add a pinch of salt to a glass of water.

Why are you eating grease meals? You need to get your 6-7 cups of vegetables. Keto is easy to follow.

three likeable, funny ladies, made it fun too watch. to lose a ton of wait you would need to have a calorie deficit of some sort, so five pounds is great consider!! love your video . people that below hating, the ladies were honest, chilled and told you their journey. you can do it differently or disagree, no need for the harsh criticism.

The one lady, why'd they even include her when she openly said "I'm not following the diet." And how are you going to say "I feel good because I'm not following the diet completely?" You never did the full diet so how can you compare your current experience to something you've never experienced?

Started keto 9 days ago and have lost 3lbs….water weight. Staying below 10 grams carbs. Between 1200-1550 calories per day. Power walk 30-60 minutes a day, 4 days a week . Let’s see how it goes. Aiming to lose 15 more lbs

Add 18 hours of intermittent fasting and 4 hours eating window with Keto. I just started Keto 3 days ago and I'm down 11 pounds. I'm a guy and dad to two kids, starting weight 244 lbs, 3 days later 233 and feeling great. First 2 days I was super tired but as one of the gals mentioned, I also had a very deep sleep. Loved the video, the ladies were already living a healthy lifestyle so I wasn't expecting a big drop in weight.

if your only eating for 4 hours then your fasting for 20 hours not 18. I used to do this but cant get in the fasting mindset anymore :(

@@shewolfninja I have a 6 hour window but stop eating within 4 to 6 hours. I try to finish my main meals within 4 and a snack in last 2 hours....and sometimes I can't add right coz I'm so hungry. 🤣😁

@@haliburton5493 it's never zero carbs, but you can have a diet with around 20% carbs On vegan diet..I don't call myself a vegan, but it eat mostly whole food plant based and an occasional addition of fish..it is possible to be keto with a plant-based diet but it's very restrictive..:)

I’m one week into keto and I’m going through keto flu, I’ve been drinking a ton of water but im just not feeling great. Trying to stick to it but it’s definetly not as easy as people say.

went through the same thing. did some research and found out that our bodies need to take in more potassium, magnesium and sodium during ketosis. electrolytes in a nutshell. take some daily to avoid the feeling of being tired and lethargic. hope that helps

I was a sugar freak and I started Keto the first week of December. I have lost about 10 lbs and I am not obese. What these ladies said about lack of hunger is spot on. Once past the first couple of days you will not crave carbs. I can see all the Christmas sweets and I have no desire to eat any of them. Never been on any diet in my life where this was the case.

Hmmm after 30 days of proper Keto….most people lose a significant more weight than that. Maybe they were just too slim to start with. Most people drop about 10 to 20 in 30 days.

Lol.. they didn't do it correctly you should lose way more weight in one month i'm 5 days in and already lost 10lbs.. but i don't eat any carbs at all beside some minimal carbs from salad, drink allot of water and try some high intensity muscle training. The first 3 days where hell especially because of the cravings to carbs and the headaches and dizzynes, but now on day 5 the cravings are already gone and i feel refreshed, the only negative is that i sleep way longer and going to bed much sooner.

I’ve always been plus size due to health issues. This past winter my friends and I decided we’d all go on a diet and start exercising together so we could do something fun together for graduation. For the past two months I’ve been doing keto, and have dropped 20 lbs. Keep in mind this includes over the holidays. I was able to tweak my existing diet to be keto super easily, it isn’t much more expensive than what I was eating before, and I feel more full than normal on it. The weight is honestly just a nice bonus, since I have so much more energy.

Well to me it's not a lifetime deit, it just helps in two cases in my opinion First if you are starting a weight loss journey and want to make it quick (when you are into ketosis you lose a pound per day, but it kinda varies) it is the best fat burning diet out there UNBELIEVABLY, and you don't even need to exercise (I mean for weight loss but it's for sure healthy 😂) , if you want to start keto to lose lots of weight in a very short time or even just tame your body and then when you achieve your goal it will become easy to be in any other deit to maintain your weight (just add up more exercise) And if you are already lost so much weight and there are those last 5 kilos that resist to be lost (which always happens) keto will do it It is also recommended for cancer patients, and for cancer prevention ❤️🎗️ (also for Epilepsy curing )

.. My ancestor's were eating keto diet, they lived long lives.. Soon as they started eating process foods.. We all end up being diabetic, dying young.. Keto is the diet we should be eating, my grandfather landed in Canada ,in the 1670s lived for a 100 years..I have photo's of my family in the Late 1800's all thin, most lived into there 70's no drugs ..Now, they average age 58-74 with all this food and drugs...All the illness 98 percent are diet related...Plus we went times just meat base in the winter.. Animals in there liver has vit C, too keep scurvy away..70 mg... They looked healthy...

@@Say.the.name_yomnaaa 2 meals a day. brocolli, cabage and other greens. No other veggies than greens, chicken, eggs or any meat for the sake of proteine. French cheesse just to have a final bite and make the feeling of saciety last a bit more. Never snack nor eat food that has a bloody lable on it, it is not for information but to warn you. Basically eat at 12 then at 18h, start with a green salad then the rest of your meal. You must stop bread, pastas, rice and legumes (yes, no more lentils). You will a few days to wean off wanting snack all the time but in 2 weeks you should have lost cravings. If you are startving, make a few strong physical exercises for just t min, you can postpone the time when you start being peckish. There are other enhancements but you need to pass your black belt first

If you do it. And don't cheat.. You'll lose weight.. You'll feel great .. I could go on and on.. You just can't cheat ..if you do.. Your body will know.. Lol it just that simple. I like to tell folks. Try 3 days of 30 carbs 3 days of 20 carbs 3 days of 10 carbs.. Then back and stay between 20 and 30.. It's an amazing diet works great feels great

to be honest: in the beginning you have a terrible craving for SUGAR especially, chocolate, candy a.s.o, feels like a real withdrawal from drugs or something. You sometimes get hot/cold, headache, hunger but after about 5-7 days you will stabilise and feel better..

My experience suggests that the keto diet is over-hyped. A good diet is supposed to be easy to follow and be healthy. Agoge diet is a good option, I lost a lot of persistent belly fat.

You can have some berries on keto. Just like any diet it is for some and not for others. You will not get correct results on any diet if you cheat or give up after week one the keto lifestyle is not for you. It was nice to see you tried.

Keto works. But you have to do the research. If you feel like crap, you’re doing it wrong. Do the research! Healthy Keto is initially expensive because of two reasons. Healthy fat foods cost more and you will buy lots of groceries until you figure out what works for you. However, it actually becomes cheaper because you’ll notice that you won’t be eating as much anymore. When you’re fat adapted, you rarely feel hungry. I was throwing a lot of meals away that I prepped but when it came “time” to eating, I’d skip the meal. When you’re in full Ketosis, you’ll realize all the excuses you hear about just doesn’t make sense anymore. Again, RESEARCH!! Good luck all.

I know everybody differs with how their bodies handle at least initial ketosis, but sorry to say that those of us who do take it seriously (not everyone I’m sure but I can’t be the only one, right?) can get a little… idk… waspy… when people who post these videos don’t actually take it seriously. For me, my first five months of keto I dropped 50 lbs (300-250), and after the initial tiredness and lack of energy, cravings, etc I gained so much more energy once my body adjusted. I felt better, healthier and that’s what kept me on it, though I do take one periodic day off when mtn dew puts out a new flavor, thanksgiving and my birthday. Then I go right back to it with very little consequence of cravings. But if you’re gonna post this content, take it seriously or concede early and end the video. No shame in conceding but don’t half-ass it. Incidentally, my grocery bills have actually decreased from before keto. Then again I don’t shop at trader joe. Just average joe grocery stores. But it works and it’s efficient.

they did i so bad V; I have been 1 week or so on it and already lost 2kg. Not trynna flex or insult but dont get unmotivated by their results, plus, they didn´t follow it in the most part, they were eating sugar and stuff

Silly video considering keto was a joke to you all. It’s 100% sustainable. Perhaps you need to properly educate yourselves on the true benefits. FYI berries are part of a keto way of eating, after you’re fat adapted.

Most of these diets are very harmful to the body, some are outright dangerous. For me, only *Agoge diet* showed great results and was easy to follow.

My parents where both heavily overweight and after trying at least 5 different diets they decided to try the keto diet. My mother e.g. went from very very overweight to an average weight/normal weight for her height. If you have any questions, just ask! :)

Keto has been shown to be harmful in numerous studies, especially without doctor supervision. The Agoge diet was the only diet that helped me get rid of that stubborn fat without harming my body.

I think most of the 'I felt terrible' comment are the result of too many hidden carbs. If you have 100 to 200 grams of carbs in your diet, that is probably much less than you are used to eating, but that amount will have you in and out of ketosis. Most people that I personally know that have failed is because they were not strict about carbs- or they tried not to count something like eating a huge pile of zucchini.
