🔥 Get total body conditioning for cardio, strength and flexibility in this HIIT workout. You need at least one set of dumbbells. Here's how it works:
We do cardio for 40 seconds and then rest 20 seconds. Then we do a strength exercise for 40 seconds, followed with 20 seconds of rest. We repeat this until all 18 exercises are done.
This is a no repeater too. Lots of variety.
And then we finish with a nice juicy 8-minute stretch to increase flexibility.
I also share with you one big tips at the end, which you probably already know, but I try to break it down a bit for a better understanding.
To optimize this workout for you, try this:
1. Use big ROM (range of motion) in your cardio to increase intensity, or use smaller ROM and take out the jumping for lower intensity.
2. You can lift a heavier weight and go at a slower pace. This will help you make bigger strength gains.
3. Or, you can lift a lighter weight and go at a faster pace, which will help you develop more power.
Whatever you decide, all of it will help you to build fitness in cardio, strength and flexibility.
