Tried this workout for the first time today and really enjoyed it. Lunges are my weakness as my center of gravity is in my feet😂

Love the format with multiple sets. This way I can keep cranking up the weight/resistance each set and push myself.

Please please, like on this video, always show how the exercise's gonna be with bands, otherwise i have to wait u guys to start, bc i only use bands and mostly u guys don't show... thank u so much! love your classes

Awesome, just what I was looking for today. I injured my quad five weeks and needed a gentle full body workout to deal with the atrophy and healing. And you guys are both looking great and obviously practicing what teach. Thank you 😊

Love all your full body workouts! My only request would be more hip adduction/abduction in general because I feel like my upper body gets more attention. Love from MS
