🔥 This kettlebell kickboxing HIIT workout at home will give you total body conditioning, helping you to build strength, endurance and power!
How it works:
We do one kettlebell exercise for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds. Then we do a kickboxing exercise for 40 seconds, 20 seconds of rest. We alternate back and forth until all 16 exercises are completed. Then we finish ourselves off with a fun 1-minute fitness challenge.
This is a no repeater with lots of variety. Includes a warm up and a nice relaxing stretch at the end.
I also share tips after the entire workout is done.

I loved this... Probably because I box so I was comfortable with the workout... Definitely got my heart rate up!!! I completed the challenge minus the jumping... Awesome 30 minute work out
