Burn calories and tone your entire body with this walking with light dumbbells workout. This workout features full body compound moves that will tone and even build muscle. We'll be working on a low impact exercise for 30 seconds followed by 30 secs walking.
I used a set of 2 kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
