Burn calories and tone your entire body with this walking with light dumbbells workout. This workout features full body compound moves that will tone and even build muscle. We'll be working on a low impact exercise for 30 seconds followed by 30 secs walking.
I used a set of 2 kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

Love these walking/weight routines. I have a spinal injury so burpees, mountain climbers and planks are painful for me but these workouts give me the cardio and the strength exercises I need. Thank you. 🙏

What a fun, upbeat, and surprisingly sweaty workout!!! In addition to the variety of exercises and routines Penny delivers, I want to give a shout out for the production piece. Her music selection is always awesome and I really appreciate how she queues her viewers for the next exercise. There’s no wasted downtime in between moves which makes for a super effective workout. The surprise appearances by the adorable pups is always an added bonus! 💕

Oh my goodness this was released in perfect timing for a morning I didn’t want to put shoes on! Fun and fast paced! Used 5 lb weights and they were just challenging enough! 200 calories and 3100 steps ✅😀

Thanks Penny! My knee has been bugging me lately, this was a perfect lil sweat fest. I used between 3 and 8 pounds depending on the exercise. Even did a few different low impact cardio moves in between!
