Are you ready for New 30 Min MILITARY HIIT Workout - No Equipment? 🤗💦 And the special thing here - I am not alone 💙
I’m incredibly excited to introduce you to the first video from our new format “YOU AND ME"! We’re kicking off this exciting journey with the lovely Barbara from Austria 🇦🇹 🥰 (activity guide at Sport-/ Wellness Hotel Held) link below ⬇️ .

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🤍

Top Auswahl an Übungen. Am Anfang war ich skeptisch, ob das zu zweit so eine gute Idee ist, aber ich finds bombe, denn dann sieht man halt auch, wie es beim Otto Normalbürger/Durchschnittssportler auch aussehen kann und dass man sich nich verstecken braucht, wenn man Push ups auf den Knien macht ode auch mal wackeliger unterwegs ist. Nicht jeder kann so ein Fitnessbeast sein 🤪. Also top Video, finde das Format ganz cool❤
