Here is my 20 min Mini Trampoline HIIT Cardio workout! We will warm up and then get into 45 sec intervals of high intensity, followed by 15 secs of active rest. Please stick around for the cool down and stretch. This at home mini trampoline workout is fun and effective routine for weight loss.

What I love about my new BCAN 40" trampoline is that the instructions kzfaq.infoUgkxJ9gj6zjuYQvwe_l9UB_7kOOVd_fIIC5Q and video were easy to follow and setup. A little maneuvering necessary, but all of the steps needed were included. The trampoline is sturdy and I love the ability it has to fold down to store away. The handle bar is perfect for stability and maintaining alignment. I just received this morning and set up within the hour. It was not difficult, but you need to watch the video and read through instructions prior to putting together. I'm already using and love that you can get cardio workout in 10 minutes, and it's fun to do. I plan to use everyday and will test out it's durabiity to withstand my 110 lbs. If special exercises could be posted for use with the BCAN, that woud be an added bonus! So far, I'm loving my new BCAN trampoline and looking forward to using it for many years.

I’m almost 61, I’ve had two bionic knees for 14 years. During the pandemic I’ve embraced rebounding. KZfaq recommended this workout to me. Thrilled I did it. Great energy, fun moves, instant favorite. Thank you! 😅

Hi Naomi! I loved your workout Routine. Since quarantine started I have been doing your routine almost everyday with a goal set to my mind which is to do the workout till the very end. At first I barely did 3 minutes, but as I kept doing it, Little by little I created resistance. Today is the day that I achieved my goal, I did the 26 minutes with you! I’m feeling very accomplished! I have been zooming with a friend since lockdown in the UK and using a British lady who I absolutely love but it’s great to find something new. I workout nearly everyday and I’m in pretty good shape, with that said, this workout will def give you a really good sweat and get your cardio going! I was a bit skeptical about a trampoline workout but my neighbor gave me his to keep and I figured why not give it a try! I totally will incorporate this into my weekly workout rotation. I just ordered the jump sport (to your credit). I think it will make a huge difference. I'm using my kids cheap trampoline which isn't easy on the body.

Oh, that's awesome! Are you in the USA or Canada? I love my Jumpsport so much! It has a bouncy feel to it, which is quite a challenging workout. The cheaper ones have a stiffer feel, which can be jarring on the spine and knees! I hope it arrives soon! :)

@@melissadale4212 I was born in Yorton Sask and when I would visit my dad as a teenager it would drop below -50 with windchill! I’d have to wear every jacket/ skidoo suit/ touque in the house to stay reasonably warm! Brrrrrr! I’ll keep my balmy Vancouver winters over here on the West Coast! 😂

Hi Christina! Yes, the bungee style kind have a deeper bounce, which creates a more challenging workout with less impact on the joints. Hi, That is correct! I believe there are trampoline teacher trainings, but not in Canada. I am a certified personal trainer, Pilates and yoga instructor. I was also a dancer and dance instructor for many years, so that all helps. It’s fun, right! I love the trampoline! In this video (in July) I was just getting back into it after taking a couple years off from teaching! Check out some of my newer workouts, they’ve evolved over these past 6 months! Yes! There is a huge difference! I use the bungee-style rebounder. My favourite is the Jumpsport. The workout is much harder than the older spring style versions. The bounce is deeper, so you have to use your core and legs more!

New to rebounding this week . Adding this to my list but will rebounding help loose my 50 pounds how often and for how long should i do this for i really want to stick with it and see results as i have a bad lower back and knee and find it geta worse the more i do work just on floor standing or not

Hi Laura, I naturally have thicker legs and I have found that regular rebounding slims my legs down, especially if you are combining it with Pilates style (leg slimming) movements (like in my 7 Day Booty Core Challenge).That being said, you will definitely build up leg strength when rebounding, but it shouldn't bulk up your legs. Perhaps, avoid doing the squat jumps and focus more on sprinting. Squats tend to build up the thighs, especially if you are using weights.

Hi! Yes, I would say between 200 and 300, but you have to be pushing down and not just bouncing up! You should get yourself a fitbit! They are are handy to have!
