I am a “senior” who has been working out for 30 years using videos. I discovered yours about 4 years ago when I realized I am no longer striving for a beach body! I want strength and stamina, and your videos are helping me stick with it through my 60s and into my 70s, 80s and 90s. Now I want to take my exercise on the road with me as I start to travel more and more-thanks for giving me a way to do that too. You guys are the best coaches!

I just am able to start walking in walking boot. Seven weeks with no exercise. I had to modify some but to glad I tried this video. Where can I find this video in your app?
