If your goal is to achieve the splits pose, then this class is for you ❤️ We'll be stretching deep into our hips and hamstrings in this 30 min splits class.
Use two blocks for this video if you need some support when trying your splits, and I also recommend using a fabric strap.

As always I want to remind you to make sure that you never ever EVER feel any pain while practicing yoga. If you do feel pain, I want you to stop whatever you're doing and come out of the pose or take a step back. It is okay to feel discomfort. Feeling discomfort is actually great, it means that the body and the mind are being challenged, and that change is being initiated. However, make sure to differentiate between the feeling of pain, and the sensation of discomfort, at any given time.

I did this class today and I really enjoyed it ❤ I love the part where we slid into a split and out of it. Such a valuable tip!

That makes me so happy 😍 The sliding really is such an effective drill!! Try to do it every other day (with your hips as squared as possible) and it will make a huge difference ❤

Amazing practice, Nicole. I'm not in my splits yet but I can feel how my body and my hamstrings are beginning to open little by little. I wish to go to one of your yoga retreats one day ✨

Danke für dieses Video! ☺️ Der Unterschied zwischen dem 1., 2. und 3. herabschauenden Hund, Wahnsinn! 🤗 Ich hab mich schon durch verschiedene Splits-Videos getestet, der Teil mit der Kräftigung der Muskeln wurde da aber noch nicht so thematisiert. Super Tipp! Mal schauen, ob ich damit jetzt meinem Ziel noch etwas näher komme. 😄

Liebe Nicole! Ich hab dich erst entdeckt und liebe deine Energie und deine Videos! Seit 3 Tagen übe ich den Spagat mit deinem Video und habe den ersten Erfolg! oh I love this class! I have been doing a lot of different exercises for splits on KZfaq, but this one really opened up my hips and hipfexors and I finally got to go little deeper in my splits today. Will be adding this practice into my workouts!! Thank you
