This is a follow along class to help you achieve the middle splits! We will work deep into our hips, hamstrings, and inner thighs in a safe and effective way.
I highly recommend to film yourself when you're attempting the pose, then you can track your progress! Also I'd love to see pictures of you in your middle splits, so please send it to me on Instagram @nicoleritter or tag me!

As always I want to remind you to make sure that you never ever EVER feel any pain while practicing yoga. If you do feel pain, I want you to stop whatever you're doing and come out of the pose or take a step back. It is okay to feel discomfort. Feeling discomfort is actually great, it means that the body and the mind are being challenged, and that change is being initiated. However, make sure to differentiate between the feeling of pain, and the sensation of discomfort, at any given time.
