After watching this all the way through once before, i was nearly convinced that i wouldn't be able to finish this workout in one go. However, the flow of it was really great. I probably didn't do them as fast as the instructor did it, but I am so proud of myself for sticking with it. Pretty much watching every move I was what? How is she doing that? And then i did it. Great workout! Thank you!!

Are you even real? 🤖 Good Lawd. This 30 min workout took me almost 2 hours 😅😂😂😂. I had to take many multiple pause breaks. This workout is so even, I can't! But I finished!!!! On to the next one. Some other day lol. Thanks for a goood one! Ahhh man!

I think this animal flow is not so hard on your knees, but more of a strain if you have bad shoulders, or wrists. Give it a try, you can always modify! 🙌🔥

@@CourtneyA Keep training hard until you cant. Must read " consciousness beyond life " Awesome book that talks about the next phase once we move on. Author is a dutch cardiologist. I read it over 10 yrs ago n keep puttg people onto it, very spiritual.

You could definitely do it for like three days in a row, but after that, I might try 2 to 3 times a week. I bet you’ll see a huge improvement! 🙌❤️
