Just wanted to thank you so much for your workouts. I’m more fit again. I’m 61, and I wanted to share I tripped and fell on a tarp in the yard and landed on both my arms on concrete. Because of your workouts and especially that one where you reverse your arm curls strengthened my wrists. I didn’t break anything. Thank you !

It’s very helpful in the videos of recent years that I can see the weight notation on Claudia’s weights that she chooses. Not that I am always the same but as a 74-year-old woman it’s very useful to me to see which weights she’s using for each exercise. Your videos are fantastic. Thank you so much.😊

So, this has been my first home workout since pandemic, i did them all of your stuff during that time, but after it, i went back to the gim. Today i didint feel like going out, and remembered you guys. Enjoyed it a lot, and gotta say , loved the backing tracks. You both look great !

I finished it with this nice couple. They are talking during the workout, reminding when to inhale, exhale, n adding or lowering weights . It always help us. N I like to hear some sweet words/ compliment occasionally between them. 👍🙏

I just wanna say thank you for these videos, speaking from someone who thought they would never be able to work out again, and starting up slow I have been able to work myself up to a place where I’m seeing significant change in my body. I was at 331 pounds and now I’m down to 240 has fit is, a big part of why I am able to do this. Thank you so much for putting out these videos for free. I would not be doing any videos if I had to pay for them and you guys have these videos for free have probably helped a lot of people I plan on going and buying merchandise just support you guys. Thank you.

Something like 9 years ago I first started trying to be more fit and found HASfit. I'm a runner, not a fighter.... but strength training is helping me to avoid injury and to be more well-rounded. Thanks for the videos.

I love the "bait and switch" tactic much better in exercise than retail. You come for a 30 minute workout, but get a bonus 15 minutes!!

Only complaint: the commercials start at the most inopportune moments!!! 😫 No, I don't have KZfaq Premium, and I can't afford a membership.... but I don't want to stop working out just due to budget!!! So, yeah! Commercial breaks sucked, but great workout otherwise!!! ❤
