Love this workout, you can mix up your weights, it’s an all body workout and makes you sweat! You can see the effects after 3 sessions (my arms have muscle tone 🎉) Perfect before I log on for work as I don’t have time at lunch or after work either. The other 30min dumbbell workout is also great and provides variety if you need a change from this one. Don’t hesitate, just do it!

Great workout! Tempo is to slow for me so I do more reps or I fast forward through the talking part! Always appreciate the warm-up and cool-down, I never rush through those!!
