I am 71 years old and recently lost my husband. Your videos are good for my body and my spirit. At first, I did the ones that were 15 minutes, then 20 minutes. Now I am doing 30 minute ones Thanks a lot,

That's a really good way to deal with a major loss. It's so easy to just give up and start neglecting oneself but exercising is a brilliant way to uplift the spirit as well as take care of the body. Keep it up!

I have been doing this workout for approximately 3 yrs now. At my last physical the doctor asked me if I worked out. I said yes, at least 3 times a week. She asked me if I went to the Y and I said no I do Fabulous Fifties on KZfaq. She said she was going to tell her patients about it. I am 82 now and recommend that you keep that body moving.

First of all, I am not your target audience... I'm a man! But my wife was desperately seeking some way of improving her fitness and wanted to do it together for encouragement and motivation. I wanted to encourage her (and didn't mind being active) but was more than a little sceptical of a "Over 50's Women" video! But I loved it!! They come in manageable and stackable lengths, you are fun and engaging... we both love coming back to them day after day. And we can both feel like we are getting more energetic and flexible as the days pass. Thank you for your energy, your authenticity, and your spunk! You are a great role model to follow.

I’m 36 and have been struggling to lose weight from my 3rd baby. I’ve been at it for a year and a half. Thanks to your wonderful low impact videos I have lost a little over 20 lbs. Hello! I do this as soon as I wake up. Throw my leggings and a top on and get to it straight away. Then I have a shower and breakfast and get ready for working from home. I'm 56 and know I definitely need to move more! I really love the softness of Schellea's voice, the music and the routines are fun. I'd looked at a few others but just couldn't get invested in any until I found Fabulous50's. Thank you so much x

I am 81 yrs old and have been exercising to this video for approximately 2 yrs. I have gone to other programs, but always come back to this one. We have a lot of weather in Wisconsin that makes it impossible to exercise outside. The video is so upbeat with the music and your happy face and it always brightens my mood. Thank you for that.

YES! I was sweating! I love doing these workouts with you! I like that if I’m feeling low energy, I don’t have to fear. I can do low impact, but still MOVE. On other days I go at it with gusto. But I can keeping doing it day in day out! I also love that you’re giving solid reasons for why MOVING is so necessary versus the traditional “flat abs, tight butt, looking better than your friend” kind of stuff that is anything but motivating to me!

Love it. I’ve started using my 2 lb weights every time I work out with you, not just when you use them. What a wonderful add on! I came from a fitness environment where heavier weights were encouraged. The small ones are so “do-able” & effective. ❤️

I have been with Fabulous 50 for one year. i have exercised my whole life. but my upper body was not as strong as my lower body. since I started Fabulous 50 my upper body is stronger than its ever been. I will be celebrating my 63 birthday in March and I am in the best shape ever. I tried to keep up with videos of toning with the younger girls and getting no where. Fabulous 50 taught me how to get toned and stay toned. Now if I can quit my longing for snacks, I can get this belly in shape. lol. Thanks Fabulous 50, hope to be with you way into my 80's.

I average a 60 minute workout. I was trying for 120, but I was feeling overwhelmed. Very sore and unproductive. So I have split my 2 hours. 60 mins in the am, 60 mins in the pm. This has made a huge difference in my mood, my attitude and my sleeping! Because no matter how many times I watch your videos, I always feel challenged. Thank you!!

I'm 57 and I've really had a hard time getting into a fitness routine after we moved from one house to one we were building. Shelly is great! The perfect mix of fun and encouraging, lots of positive energy. I started with the 5 and 10 minute routines and now I can do some of the 30 minutes ones. This one definitely made me sweat! Hi - I'm 78, started doing your videos during the pandemic (along with a few others) -- I did them through cancer treatment (surgery, chemo, radiation), and gradually increased my strength and stamina. So thank you so very much. I'm a year out from treatment now -- and grateful for it all -- you make it fun and doable -- recently I managed to pull some muscle in my back (from yoga), and now I do your earlier workouts, like this one ... and modify as I go along. So wonderful to feel fit!

I turned 82 in June. Still going strong and know it’s because of continuing to move, walk, do yoga and these wonderful workouts. Thank you. What fun on a hot humid day to do this with the AC on before supper.

Absolutely love your workouts Shellea. I do them three times a week and Im feeling fitter and stronger. My husband also enjoys your 30 min walk. When the weather is bad, (even when its not!) we're having fun dancing, jogging and marching it up! Thankyou

I've been doing these with my 65 year old beginner mom after a torn tendon. These are the first videos she's really been able to follow along and have been great for her form and confidence. I love the music!! I've been trying to find one song in particular

Hey, I’m 26 I’m a bit overweight and also I have asthma. They workouts have been great for both!! I love that it’s low impact and okay enough that I won’t have an asthma attack! I’m also hard of hearing, so I’m thankful that you show what we will do because I can’t always hear everything. These are perfect videos and the best I have come by so far! I’m so thankful for you.

I went to the doctor today for my annual check up. My bone density is getting better since I've been working out with you. I told the doctor that I was working out with Fabulous50s. It’s Monday morning, and my first workout is done thanks to you! I got around 3500 steps as you said I would and I definitely broke a sweat. My goal is 10 000 steps a day so I plan to do a second walking workout this evening followed by some ads. Thanks for being such a positive role model for us mature women.

Good morning!☀️ I just wanted to encourage YOU for a moment! Thank you so much for your videos and more than that your kind disposition. I am 51 and I feel like all the workouts I’ve tried just aren’t relatable for me at this stage in my life. I had given up on workouts tbh. (I spent the last 2 years really focusing on my spiritual growth, which has been AMAZING but I couldn’t seem to tap into the physical part!) But ... I have been doing these for a short while now and I feel like it’s a new beginning into this part of my life! Thank you l! Thank you! Thank you! I’m back! I had been exercising five or six days a week for a month, and then my son got sick, my hubby got COVID and I got sick. I was out nearly two weeks. I determined today I would do this workout even though I still don’t feel well, and I got through it! Thank you for Schellea! You are so encouraging!

Hi I’m new to your channel, but not to exercising. I just did your 20 minute arm toned exercise couple hours ago and just did your 30 minute one now. I am almost 72 & have been keeping relatively fit all my life ( was a professional dancer back in the day!) Lately it has been way too hot outside to do a daily walk so I was looking for something upbeat to try inside in the AC & this worked well. Thanks so much for putting these videos out there. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that you weren't always in time with the music which for a dancer is hard sometimes, but I just modified the moves so I was doing them in time. I look forward to doing this again & also trying out some of your other videos!

This was a great little workout! At first I thought it might not be active enough for me, but I quickly realized it was perfect. Love having the timer too!! Your words of encouragement for our day were a wonderful addition too! Keep moving ladies!! I’m 69 and this was the perfect fit for me!
