Whew!! I hadn't worked out (to your videos) for a good month, so this was a "welcome back" for me. Wow! IMO this was a full body workout. I hope you don’t hate when people do this (probably do lol) but I would love to see you incorporate kettle bells in the standing ab workouts. I got the skinny fat thing going on in my mid 30s now. Just tried this for the first time and made it through it. I was about to stop a few times but the way everything is paced and the percentage on the side kept me pushing through. Wish you nothing but success man. Thanks for the awesome video and workout. I am trying all various workout for love handle those fancy steps and difficult positions but nothing make me sweat like this, love the burn and i am surprised to feel the burn and simplicity of steps, burn exactly on Target area 😅 gonna stick to it as i am positive this will work

I was hoping to do this for at least 6 weeeks so I cut down carbs and fat, then I increased protein and have been consistently doing this for a week but have increased 400g😭😭😭I haven't seen any change with the love handles but the belly fat really seems to be going away. My worry is about the wieght gain what could be the cause? Otherwise I love your workouts I even feel lighter
