What we have tried to teach you is that just because this is titled beginner, doesn't mean that you can't make it a harder workout. Push down harder with bigger movements on the mat and add weights or stick with Claire for some low impact goodness.

Just back to rebounding after my holiday and found this one series 3 of the plus fit loved it because it was different and longer wasn’t sure I would make it to the end but I did have a bit of a dodgy knee just now but no problems with it all strapped up thank you Claire

A lovely way to build confidence on the rebounder.. still can't get the leg curls timings great.. but will use this on a deload day for sure! Thank you.

Don't let the title of this workout fool you. Whether you're plus size or not, a beginner or an experienced bouncer you can get a great workout from this one. I've been following Scott and Claire for years and when I first previewed this I thought it may be too basic. Not at all. I added a bit more energy, which had me pouring sweat by the end. And l loved the new choreography. It was a bit of a brain tease. I look forward to doing this one again so I can master the moves. Keep em coming Claire and thanks for all your hard work to keep us all in shape. 💜

You know I love this one! So versitile and such a pleasant bounce with a little mental challenge too! You did so great with this one and all the others! I don’t think there has been a bounce yet that I haven’t enjoyed 😃. Oh and I live that it’s 30 minutes too! With higher intensity bounces 30 minutes is a real challenge but with a slower pace, it makes a longer bounce more doable and I’m not so fatigued at the end, just wonderfully energized 🤩

It was requested by a member who like yourself enjoys using the lower impact classes of an afternoon and she wanted something a little more fun. I didnt see « plus size » at first so i did the video thinking it s a little bite easier than others vidéos .. but no matter it was a good job for me too

@@poposunnie5639 this is a progression to the other classes as explained at the start of the introduction. So please search for the part 1 in our beginners playlist and that will be at an even slower pace and with simpler moves. Failing that try our step by step series that is also in the beginners playlist
