I am so grateful for this video. I have had a very stressful 3 weeks and I ended up getting sick because of it. Today is the day I woke up and decided it's time to make some changes in my life to help manage my stress better. Then this video came up as a recommendation and it just soothed and relaxed my whole body. The way you teach yoga is so soothing and your calming voice just adds to the whole calming experience of it all. Thank you so much

Great class! -as usual. Question- I have heard people instruct pigeon/cobra/sphinx differently, what are thoughts on relaxing the glutes? In sphinx, for instance, you can use only the leg muscles to lift the thighs and relax through lower back/glutes. just wanted to know what you thought about this.
