Actually fx impact are airrifle for long distance in open area as the distance between scope and barrel are very far apart resulted in hilly like trajectory. In dense tropical forest areas where there is no open area and where u have to shot vertically, downward, horizontal that too instantly as you get no chance to adjust scope every time for distant as animal move fast, for such we need a gun whose scope and gun barrel is almost attached so that trajectory of bullet is almost straight. Panthera will be perfect

FX works really well in most areas, this is a error on the user . Floating barrels definitely can't be leaning on things.

That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! Shooters get accustomed to their guns and the necessary hold-overs and hold-unders needed to take the shot. If you don't know that, then you shouldn't be hunting.

@@n2shooter son try a speed shooting competition with pal having rifle whose scope is near to it barrel and impact mk3 on different distance and also on different angles like vertical, semi vertical,20 degree etc that too in move with speed not on table or car top then you will enlighten and ultimately find your self ridiculous. Here in Asia where we hunting in dense forest, mountainous area face such problems. Note:- here animal will not allow you to see through range finder and wait you to adjust scope parallax. Please try practically and find out who ended in last in competition.

It was a shooter’s error. He should know his holdover/under in any distances also at any angles.

I think it s not the true rifle for long range deer hunting mybe 50 - 70 yard good

It isn't the gun it's the shooter !!! Besides my FX Crown or Impact in 22 or 25 would have dropped that deer so easily. Airforce one and done. FX'es 18-25 before you are finish.
