Really tried not to chuckle at the toe cramp but I couldn't help it. Nice recovery though. by the way I tell everyone about you guys you're my favorites.

Why have I not found you until now?? 🤔 I've been doing KZfaq follow-along workouts with a couple of excellent trainers ever since 2020, but never saw you before. I'm glad I found you now - I love your pace, your workout format, even your voices and interactions, and your very detailed instructions on form (I'm all about correct form - overly! 😁Thank you, thank you! Finished stronger 90 and warrior 2.0 today for the last half year. Had great progress. Next one is force 90. Lets go
