😎👍🇺🇲 That's a pretty decent place. Two balconies. Hot water is easy to add upstairs. Plenty of Aircon. Not bad. 👍 It simply wouldn't be the Phils without a rooster or two in the background. Morning coffee on the balcony. That's the best.

The furniture can be changed but the all around townhouse is great and i love the Area layout

From the outside it doesn't look like a townhouse at first and it looked like a military dorm room building...I speak from experience..the view is incredible and I would not have a problem paying $800 usd for this just because how modern it looks

Great location and size for the price. Some design issues but overall really good. I like the front lobby waiting area for the next shuttle... they could have squeezed more room into the bedrooms and lost the upstairs lounge, made the upstairs CR a little better. The office may get stuffy so they added a slide window? The balconies and fairly quiet surroundings make up for it. Good luck on your trip!

Half a bathroom with no shower, no washer/dryer/ very small rooms. Cabinets look dated so probably have termites. Not worth that much money.

You might be able to haggle the price down, negotiate getting the shower with a water heater put in😉

I live in Alberta and I am paying 130,00 pesos per month for rent water electric gas and internet. The place I am living in isn't even a nice place. I almost forgot, tomorrow we are getting another tax on a lot of things here for some climate mumbo jumbo. I can't wait for that to make everything I can barely afford now to be even more expensive.

WOW --- those are "gringo prices" as some would say ! --- All you expats - are driving the prices through the roof in the Dumaguete area - compared to other parts of the Philippines. Not so sure you are aware of that - but it's really true. --- An example comes from - ''the Crum's in the Philippines'' - in a gated community called Plantation Meridian where a 3 br house rents for $134 recently - with access to a nice pool !!! Very near Lipa City @ 1000 ft elevation having cooler weather in a beautiful scenic area --?-- Apparently far too many expats have flooded into the Dumaguete area - DRASTICALLY - causing inflation !!! 😮 I've heard there are many all over town everywhere you look recently ?

Nice clip, but honestly the price is the same or even higher than a house in any European smaller city, or province, so I literally can't see the deal. The gap between living there or elsewhere is getting smaller year by year. I hope that also their salaries are increasing at the same rate, but i doubt it.

🤔 I wonder why there are so many Europeans over here. Maybe it’s the weather…or the women😃. The Dumaguete area is definitely getting more expensive

Nope, first time for this video. We shot 4 the Thursday before Good Friday. This is the 2nd of those. Two more are coming. You will see JL and I are wearing the same clothes in all 4. I wasn’t able to do enough restaurant reviews because of Good Friday and I flew to Manila Saturday morning. I am in Taipei now

The rooms are small but that price it's ok no food review I have question maybe your girlfriend can answer it why are bedroom in Philippines homes so small and there are hardly no bath tubs I see in bathrooms in the homes and APTS an just curious as why that is

You have to go back to the bingeing. Still many people in the province don't have running water. They use hand pumped well water. The tabo is still commonly used. A bucket and ladle. Showers are a recent thing. A lot of people don't like showers. So tubs are very unusual. So is hot water. That why you see the insta hots (tankless water heater)and rarely central hot water. I would at least add a tankless under the kitchen sink and plumb the hot water supply to the bathroom sink in one of the bathrooms. Anyway. That's why you don't see tubs.
