Plenty of outside area for my cooking and sound system.. plenty of room for my jambalaya pot and to fry my fish and Chicken and and of course lots of french fries and my barbecue pit.. just need a air conditioner in the living quarters and a hot water heater in the guest shower and electric stove with an oven for the kitchen and it will be ready for me. I would add all of that if they would take it off of the rent. Plenty of outside area for a nice little garden for my Filipino fiance/wife.. I can grow all of my own potatoes and garlic and other herbs and spices.. some nice lavender plants outside Citronella plants and some mint also to keep the bugs and mosquitoes away.. definitely put a hot tub on one of the patios.. the house definitely has some bones..😮. Thanks to you and Jenna Lynn..😊

My third time watching this video because I wish I was coming for sure this month or next month because I will get my Filipino fiance/wife to rent it and offer 25,000.. I would rather do it myself because I will have several thousand dollars in my pocket to make a deal right then and there and have my own contract with options I can sign in cross out and also may have to amend their contract.. plenty of outside room to set up my four-person hot tub and a couple of barbecue pits and my outside cooking pots and burners.. also a big place to park my car under a garage and out of the weather.. Hahaha, NO. You TOTALLY did NOT get the video 😂. Right now I am PAYING too much in taxes! I thought I would have to pay about 2X what I have to pay(before talking to my accountant)….no, money is not a problem for me. I was looking to go to Puerto Rico for 183 days per year to save $100K USD in taxes

I spoke to my accountant earlier, and found out that Puerto Rico was not going to happen, so I took it down. I will do a follow up on it, and I will actually do a stock video probably Monday

Hi Kevin. I just came home from work. What happened to your latest video? I didn’t finish yet. Long time subscriber. I hope you the best as you move on. Puerto Rico has some great advantages. You’re in the same time zone as the Exchanges. Great places to live. Beaches. Walmart and Costco. Would recommend a car. They are much more prevalent than cycles. Good highway system will let you travel around the island. I live in NYC. Any questions on Puerto Rico or neighborhoods, let me know. Also, many nice ladies who are educated, speak fluent English, and can hold their own career wise. Just need to know where to look.

I just finished speaking to my accountant and Act 60 does not apply to short term capital gains. Even if it did, I would have to reside there 547 days before it would kick in. I took it down since I am not going. It’s also probably not a good idea for me to say how much money I make…especially when living in a developing country

Yes, but remember….you can negotiate. You can haggle to get the unfinished stuff fixed. You can even get an AC unit installed….just depends on your skills😉

I guess that’s what they’re talking about at the restaurant.. When you go to the Philippines, you have to bring a suitcase full of patients. I like that house for rent. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a house with just cement finished walls. It looks kinda cool makes you feel like you’re in prison. Just kidding lol

As you know the Philippines well the entire continent of Asia has a very humid climate it will be kinda dumb to have drywall for the walls as mildew and bacteria will grow and become a problem.Like here in the usa every region in the usa gets different weather but for some reason they build all houses and apartment and corporate buildings in the USA the same using the same material🤔🤣that’s kinda dumb if u ask me I never understood that and I still don’t.

@@TooMuchTimeonmyHands65 out of curiosity I read the regulations on Bona Fide residency. Your accountant is wrong on waiting 549 days. You could live in PR for 183 days to meet the physical presence requirement. The 549 days is another option to meet the requirement, where, if you didn’t live in PR for 183 days of the tax year you could still qualify if you lived in PR 549 days of the last 3 tax years. It’s an “either or”. Also, I saw nothing that would indicate short term capital gains don’t apply for the tax exemption given you met all the other requirements.
