i have just added a sililar style atc spindle to my router 6kw with a fuling vfd , as a complete beginner i have managed to mount the spindle and have it running , the one thing i am not sure about is the setup of the manual tool change button i have two solenoids inline one of which i want to disable when the spindle turns on the other controlled from the spindle button , is this possible and who do i go about it , do you know of any good websites with info on this kind of setup , any help would be much appreciated.

Hi there. I believe I have bought the same set up, spindle with Fuling VFD, but the wiring diagram is really not helpful at all! Do you have a wiring diagram to help me connect, the VFD to the CNC controller and the Spindle to the VFD? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Also, how much would you make me 5 of your tool holders for? Do they need any additional programming as I see they are sprung loaded, mine are static. Thanks in advance Steve.

Cool tool holder design! I think that I might be replacing that fan with a Noctua though

I have just received the same spindle. I did like you and clipped the fan power supply. Too tight to solder. How much in the other plug did you connect? Do you have a diagram of how you wired it to vfd?

Hallo, schönes Video! Ich bin gerade auch am überlegen, mir diese Spindel kaufe. Was ist denn die niedrigste Drehzahl, die mit dieser Spindel gefahren werden kann? Danke und grüße Jan

Hey Jan, Bin bis jetzt vollauf zufrieden mit dieser Spindel! Zwecks der Lebensdauer der Lager, verwende ich ein Warmlaufprogramm vor jeder Inbetriebnahme. Ich hab bis jetzt nur Kunststoff mit 6000U/min gefräst und glaube darunter wird sich nicht mehr viel spielen. Ich hoffe ich konnte dir weiterhelfen! LG Lukas

Sir... I have the same spindle and have it hooked and running and the pneumatic system running and the top 12v fan, but all the connections on the 11 connector - connector... i don't have a diagram to use to hook it up.... i have e-mailed the seller in china a bunch of times and they always send be another copy of the really bad manual..... would you please.... please give an old man a helping hand? if you would like a tip, let me know how much you need. Any help would be appreciated!!! Thank You Phil

Hey, I would recommend to unscrew the 11 pin connector and look what cable goes where. I only connect the two sensors for clamp and unclamp. (1,4,2,6) There is no direct clamp and unclamp function with the button you only get signals from the button (7,8) 5 and 11 are only for the button light i think. Best regards Lukas

Die Performance der Spindel würde mich mal interessieren, vorallem auch in Alu, da ich selber am überlegen bin mir das Modell zu kaufen. Die Rundlaufgenauigkeit wäre auch spannend.

Hey Marcus, Alu hab ich leider noch keines gefräse, jedoch reicht sie mit sicherheit aus! Rundlauf im Kegel der Spindel beträgt bei mir 0,004mm. Bei Weiteren Fragen meld dich einfach! Mit freundlichen Grüßen Lukas

@@cngoler9220Hello, Thank you for video. I have same spindle with some questions. --- Compressed Air, how to connect? 2 inlets on top. 8mm - for releasing tool. (is it 0.6MPa?) 4mm - for releasing inner cylinders? (0.6MPa?) on the bottom 4mm - (you've used blue tubing) is it air seal? is it supposed to be 0.2MPa?

Hey Zebra, The Spindle is still doing a great job! Till now i only mill wood with it... No Problems anyway and i work a lot with it. Best regards

@@cngoler9220 Thanks. Please can you tell me if it's actually 4.5kw continuous? I can't tell from the pics on ebay. The seller says the 220v one is 15a but the label in their pic shows only 11a for the 220v. This would make it closer to 3.5kw. The ones they sell as 7.5kw S1 look like they're actually just 6kw by the rated amps so I want to make sure I'd be getting the advertised torque before placing an order....

@@cngoler9220 Please can you tell me the actual (continuous) amps rating for the 380v version? I can tell from that too. I just need to see how they do the power ratings so I can choose between their 4.5kw and their 7.5kw models. I think their 7.5kw models might actually be 5.5kw which is closer to what I use now.

Hallo, schöne Spindel. Ich habe aktuell eine 2,2kw Chinaspindel wassergekühlt. Da ich diese schon seit 2013 im Einsatz habe und diese schon einige hunderte Betriebsstunden habe, möchte ich diese demnächst ersetzen. Ich kann aus dem Video leider die Lautstärke einer luftgekühlten Spindel nicht beurteilen. Können Sie eine Aussage zur Lautstärke machen. Gruß Frank

Where did you connect thermal sensor from the spinner to VFD?
