If you want weight loss, better blood sugar control, and reduced inflammation in your body, then listen to this video. Intermittent fasting is eating within a certain time period, and fasting for a time period. It is not a fad diet and you get to eat normal food. The key is eating within a set time frame. I fast for 16 hours and eat within an 8 hour window. I still eat 3 meals, or 2 large meals and a snack. But my body has time to heal and control blood sugar during a fasting state.
