An unprofessional video about 17 minutes long, with lots of detail, explaining how to make 4 basic white loaves of bread. If you watch and listen to this video, you should be able to sucessfully make your own bread.

Amazing 🤩 I made two loaves and 12 burger buns. I’m so glad I accidentally bought a 10kg bag of AP flour from Costco. I can’t wait to make sub buns with this excellent recipe. Great video, thank you so much!!

@@stargirl12387 sorry I have made it three times already... Soft texture... Even crumb... Pressing out the bubbles really helped... Taste was delicious.... It freezes pretty well. Highly recommended. Thanks for reminding me to update

Excellent work of making bread, can I use bread flour which can be used for scones and bread and buns, please please advise me thank you 🙏🏻

I've done some research, although I've never tried to use it myself. There is extra gluten in bread flour which is supposed to make it rise better. You may need to experiment a bit with the amount of yeast you use :-) I've bought gluten flour and added a heaping tablespoon (which ends up being the same thing as bread flour) to my recipe when I use whole wheat - it does give a better rise.

What type of flour did you use???
@janeoosterhoff92693 жыл бұрын
any all-purpose, store brand is fine. I'll mix whole-wheat as well.

Awesome, I accidentally bought a 10kg bag of A.P. Flour instead of bread flour. Thanks ☺️

Le pâte a besoin de chaleur pour lever. Au fourneau avec la lumière allumé cé tu ok? Avec une tasse d'eau
@janeoosterhoff92692 жыл бұрын
I do not rise the dough in a special place. I leave it on the countertop. The dough is warm enough to rise with no extra help. (sorry I have only English)

Looks really easy but it is too big of a batch for me as I live alone so I would need to use half the ingredients.

Not trying to be mean but, very wrong way to measure flour. Never scoop, always fill with another spoon then level off.
