@@Alice-Efe Thank You. I must go back and watch your previous videos. Our lead singer wants techno and so do I!

So many amazing tips as usual! Love the unbalanced mix one, sometimes I do get stuck in the 'this is how it works' / 'academic' way of thinking and forget how important is to dare and to think out of the box. Thanks!

My goodness. I've been watching your videos a long time, and I have to say I was always impressed with what you had to say. As good as you were, you've just upped your game. You are the defacto authority on electornic music production on KZfaq.

Well done, lady. The 3rd example directly brought me back into the Nineties with all the hands-in-the-air-reach-for-the-lasers-moments. By the way, I've listened to your song. Wow, what a great tune. Really dark and in your face. Huge track. I've directly put it into my playlist on Spotify.

Interesting ideas… a simple filter would have felt a lot more exciting in your “emotional example” 1. 2 things fighting for space in the same hz range 2. Lack of movement 🙂🥂

Words, yes a lo of people I see don't really use velocities or dynamics they tend to write at 100% velocity because they don't start with velocity sensitive keyboards its all 100% velocity everything and then they add automations somewhat. that arp one brought out some side winding pads in my mind imo that could be lifted so much that is sort of the take away mediocre can be used as a launch point for epic with great contrast. Actually the missing synth/pad element that popped into my head unlocked a Dave Pearce anthem search for me.
