What destroys them is when you forget that they exist, block all contact, never mention or think of them and block them on every form of communication. That is how to win with them.

The best way is to ignore them.. just find peace in yourself, don't try to get revenge.. it's like war never ends. Let's God handle them. It's not worth it.. focus on yourself and live your life.. forget about them, PERIOD.

Yeah, LOSING. My narc ex-husband (and his NS) had it all worked out (in their delusional minds) that he was going to end up with our summer home (that was originally my parents). Fortunately, I fought back and won. That property was the center of his image (to impress NS, friends and have parties) and I'm sure it was a big kick in the teeth when he didn't get it. Karma, baby.

You hit the nail on the head with the analogy of them feeling like they are starving and that they feel that they need to feed on you in order to survive. That is how they feel. So for them to ruin your life feels like nothing to them - they are just trying to survive. However, some of these tactics can cause them to rage at you. But that feels so good after the months or years that they have spent causing anger in you and not caring. But also, you have to remember that some of these tactics will only work on some but not all because most narcissists are consummate liars. And they lie to themselves most of all. Great video!

I had a aunt that would yell, swear and tell me I hate this about you. Finally after I asked her not to talk to me like that I went off on her. I didn't talk to her for 5 years then she just died. I grieved for the relationship we had years ago before she became bitter.

Thank you for this video, I have 2 narcissistic sisters who stole a few valuables from my apartment while I was recuperating from cancer surgery. These women are much older than me and have everything and they are still not happy with their lives. I blocked them both on my phone since Feb 2023 and do not miss them one bit!!! My ex betrayed me, cheated, got son with another, took my money and credit cards. I told him that I gonna go to police and I did. What hurted him for sure...well, at least it was fear of police and jail.

I have learned so much from you. I am in the middle of my narcissistic ex that ran away to her sisters for the 6 th time in 15 years serving me with an other eviction. She gets her youngest sister to intimidate me and deliver the notice. I showed her ! I hired an attorney since this time I am on disability and I am still in her house since February 2022. The eviction lawyers are going back to court in two weeks I have hired a divorce attorney sending her a common law marriage divorce affidavit. That way it will buy me another year . In Texas, common law in same sex is exactly the same as a typical marriage. I am through with her! I am dating men now

Rebecca, without knowing your #1, I went right there because my 71 y.o. narc bf got a new gf who is 40. I found out by friends who said they had cut him out of their friend group due to his creepy behavior. Hearing you say this is so validating! Right before he broke up with me he went totally berserk texting me all sorts of hurtful insults. I ignored them as soon as I caught on…so you’re right again. His supply source is Grandiose; cars, trips, parties, sex, clothing labels…again, you nailed it. So incredibly validating. Thank you

I've found narcissists (and I've dealt with a few) view money and status as the top - a good looking partner can actually be a minus for them because a. they don't want to be outshone or upstaged and b. it fills them with insecurity that you might go off with someone else.

Rebecca, you have an amazing channel and I have been gaining so much validation and advice from it. There’s one thing I disagree with you on that I hear over and over not just from you but KZfaqrs in general. Narcissists are not created from childhood wounds. Most people have wounds from childhood, and many have atrocious wounds and they turn out as honest people. The difference is that the Narcissist CHOOSES to not face their wounds whatsoever, to cheat instead, and what I have found to be the most common in my experiences, over and over, and in observation, is that they have betrayed one parent against another in order to spoil themselves as children up until adulthood levels off at about 23 years old. They fear people discovering their abuses, lies and theft they use to cheat their way through life, and even worse, for the parent they betrayed to find out about it. That is their dying pill and worst nightmare.

I've found that they really don't like being treated the same as everyone else. Whilst I havnt got the time for their attitude, their yelling and belittling doesn't bother me. In the past I've stood there and taken it, waiting for an opportunity to ask a question that would basicly be 'reverse psychology', and made them give their abrasive answer that was actually in my favour, and said 'OK cool'. That hurts them big time because it not that I won, its that they made themselves loose.🙂

My ex-coworker became envious of me when I received a bit more amount of bonus. But he was completely incompetent so it was enough for him.

I know we’re SUPPOSED to ignore them but I am SO HURT that I literally have NO self control… :-(

I did #4 which cost him #2 He was suddenly sadistic, a full 180, when I found out he lied like The Talented Mr. Ripley and I refused to indulge his lies. His smear campaign was so cruel that any attorney to whom I talked said they'd never witnessed such a sadistic person before. I couldnt afford to hire an attorney after they told me what it'd cost to deal with him so I sent recordings (legal in my state to record even if the other person doesnt like it...and he even said repeatedly that he didn't care if I was recording him) to his entire flying monkeys contact list so they could see his Jeffrey Dahmer/Hannibal Lechter side for themselves while I remained a calm, gray rock as he threatened me. He went ballistic. He didnt think I'd expose him. He'd intimidated his targets into silence or suicide before me, which is why nothing showed up on backround checks I ran before I agreed to date him. He said things like, "I guess you're not going down without a fight," and, "Die already," while he screamed crazy grotesque and violent sexual assault threats at me which are so violent my comment would be deleted if I typed them out here. Police (of which 40% are domestic violence offenders) did nothing - typical - because he didn't physically touch me. He admitted, on recording, that he raped and molested his younger sisters for years.They never filed charges against him because he gaslit and sweet talked them into keeping quiet. I can't tell you how horrified I was when I learned that this quiet mild mannered guy had done those kinds of things. I also learned that he had a son that he abandoned as an infant 30 years ago and threatened his son's mother's life. He said no one can prove that it's his son. So I sent her hair from his brush to prove (DNA test) that that's his son and he owes 18 years of back child support. He told (lied to) everyone that he was the victim of her threatening to kill him with a knife, but I found a bin full of knives and other people's awards and medals in a container he buried in the storage unit when we moved. He laughed when I confronted him over the phone about it and said, "No police are going to help you." Sadly, police with play jurisdiction games or laugh about domestic violence. But he's lost all his friends, the only company that will hire him is a corrupt company owned by a wife abusing, tax evading jerk, and he's alone and miserable. I exposed him out of defense and protection because there was no other way to fend him and his flying monkeys off of me. He refused to pay his income taxes and since we were married, the tax authorities didn't care less that he was abusive and I was forced to pay tens of thousands of dollars of his taxes in order to keep my home. In my state, even though my home is only in my name - not his - anything that was a marital asset is up for grabs even though I did nothing wrong. They even heard the recording where he is shouting that he's not going to pay his taxes as a way for me to lose my home. I worked in finance and had zero debt while I learned he did similar to other women before me. He is now working for that corrupt company moving from place to place around the country anytime one can figure out where he is to serve divorce papers - he takes off when any certified mail arrives after not signing for it. He joined QAnon - his new "supply" - to have places to hide and tells them I'm from the "deep state" so they'll take him in. He still doesn't pay his income taxes. This is why attorneys said it would cost tens of thousands of dollars to take the case because he is so elusive, and more than one wrote that they're afraid of him. I exhausted myself trying to get justice, safety, but it's expensive and he's a master manipulator. But, at least he's not in my home anymore and I'm still alive.

Sadly this won't work with my mum. My brother is so defensive of my mum. So protective and so all is on her lies and manipulative behavoiur she will never be able to do anything wrong

I had to deal with a narcissist at work. I have rid myself of him primarily by just ignoring him. I don't talk to him or engage with him at all. I don't have any desire to hurt him. That would take effort on my part and it's much easier just to shut him out of my life and my thoughts entirely.

I get these videos , but I avoid how to hurt someone . I mean if you don't like how your treated , why hurt back someone you once loved . I mean before I knew what was going on , 25 yrs here , I totally wanted to hurt him back . After seeing and watching , I wouldn't want to treat him like he did me ? Why I changed over and over for him . I want to be me not change into a person who wants revenge . I don't think it is healthy to try and hurt someone back . That's energy I don't have time for . Bottom line I don't want to hurt people .

He tries to intimidate me and hurt me but that makes me stronger. He loves TV and I changed the internet password. He’s going crazy without it! He moved himself into a bedroom upstairs and left me in my bedroom downstairs. It’s been 3 months. I pray he gets the he’ll out of my house. He has not paid one dime since December. He’s messing with Gods daughter. Karma very soon for him 🙏. Honestly I feel terrorized in my own home. I don’t show it but I lock myself in when he’s around.

I did the 4th after 3 years of harrowing abuse. There was another woman all the time who he kept going back to and kept triangulating with me all the time. So not only I informed her in a long email (as she's been quite abused as well), I informed his family, his best friends, his ex-wife (with who he co-parents 2 children), all of his flying monkeys, his enemies, his circle of authors, and his publishers. Haha. Had the last laugh!

I found out that I have a narcissistic wife, but I still love her. What helped me most is clearly to see how they tick. It is really schoolbook like. And it is not a joke. How to navigate in this situation to the best for all, is still today a challenge for me. And probably will always be. Good that it gives at least help for victims 🥰. To heal narcissistic people would certainly blow up such a conversation 🤭🥱

I don’t quite understand why I see these videos about “hurting a narcissist”. Because it is truly narcissistic to want to retaliate and get revenge and “hurt” them. Seems quite the opposite of wanting heal and be a real human being with empathy and love.

The only reason I would expose them to their new supply, is not to hurt them, but to protect the new supply.

Great information! Thank you! 44 years married to a Narcissist!! But now at 88 yrs. old , in cognitive decline! I depend on Spiritual strength, but find I feel bad because I often express my emotions with anger and frustration! It is a constant battle to maintain a calm demeanor when he devalues me but the lies are the worst!

But the narcissist is already hurt/ing. No matter the hurt that i endured on my time in my -home -as -psyche ward…And i don’t need to exact hurt on anyone ever. Getting revenge or trying to exact hurt is lower frequencies . Getting away and rid from the narcissist is healing enough. Not getting stuck in anger and hurt or hurtful thinking. Time to forget that shit and move onward upward and emanate love to the world. Id prefer that any day. Otherwise id just be hurting myself ultimately no?

I think it would destroy my husband if I exposed that he was a covert narcissist. Or he would try to make me sound crazy. None of his friends would believe me. Nobody ever figured out what he was, not even his ex wife. The people who know me and know how honest I am would believe me. But I'm not going to intentionally try to destroy him. He's almost 70 now and he won't have anyone to feed on after I leave.

I’m a psychologist- When she explains the symptoms of narcissistic personality- it seems a little over generalized. We’ve all feel empty at times- we all get idealized by experience externally. She basically just implied to me that I have these characteristics (everyone does). It’s just a little too broad and personal at same time.

My narc sister-in-law did #4 all by herself this year. Her very being is destructive because of her controlling ways. Everyone is on to her now. Loved ones in the past have stepped away & all that is left is her now. Really sad but give her an inch & she will go right back to the miserable person that she truly is.
