I have a suggestion for vegans that have the space or interest. I bought an electric smoker which is much easier than using a BBQ. You can smoke almost any vegetable, tofu, seitan etc. I've smoked a whole pumpkin and it was wonderful. I use my smoked veggies to make salsa, marinara sauce, you name it. The smoker lives in my carport, I use it all year round, and it never needs cleaning. You can buy various types of wood chips and each type imparts a subtle and different flavor.

Barbra M It's a Masterbuilt analog electric smoker, three shelves. I researched smokers and an electric one is for me easiest. It lives in my carport.

Me. He's grossly underrated. His recipes and demonstrations are easy to understand and follow without all that unnecessary blabbering that so many of these so called cooks carry-on with on KZfaq, making me turn them off. I love his style and have tried many of his recipes - perfect!!

I use everything you do for the cheese sauce but I add a few slices of roasted red bell peppers ( it gives that nacho cheese color),and a little squeeze of lemon to make my cheese sauce. It's so good.

FYI to anyone living in canada, Lawblaws has a line of plant based products and they now offer cream cheese. If you want to give the popper version a whirl subbing in that cream cheese it'll be heavenly!

Wil, they look amazing. Thank you. Nacho's for dinner tomorrow night for sure. One thing, there seems to be a bit of a jump between the stuffed chillies and tortillas at around the six minute 45 mark. There's nothing to say whether you bought or made the tortillas. And no guidance if home made. Oh and nacho's will have to wait until Sunday. Its your latest stir fry tomorrow.
