🔥 Want to build strength AND muscle? This workout provides the intensity and volume you need to help make that happen. Slow focused lifts using heavier weights for a whopping 3 rounds giving you the volume you need for each major muscle group.
Optimize your strength and muscle gains by doing this routine 3 times per week. Track your weights you use for each lift. As the lifts get easier, increase the weight.
Note: as you get stronger and lift more weight, you will most likely will need longer than 20s rest between sets. That's where the pause button comes into play. Hit it, rest for as long as you need, and then lift.
Focus on being mindful of all your movements. Practice engagement. It's up to you to build the intensity in your workouts to get the gains.
