🏋️ This is the third workout in the challenge. Try Abs, Delts & Calves next: • ABS, DELTS & CALVES - ...
This workout includes 8 arm exercises to build muscle in the biceps and triceps. It's a no repeater, providing lots of variety.
Warm-up and post workout stretch included. At the end of the video, I share tips on how to optimize the workouts in the mini series to help you build muscle. Here a few:
1) Repeat this workout at least 2 x per week to get more volume and intensity to grow muscles in the biceps and triceps.
2) If you find the exercises easy or too challenging, feel free to make modifications such as lifting heavier weights or lighter weights, increasing your tempo or decreasing, or you can even pause the rest period and add more sets or you can stop before I do and take a longer rest.
If you need more suggestions, let me know in the comments.
Focus on being mindful of all your movements. Practice engagement. Increase intensity over time with longer holds, more reps, and maybe use heavier dumbbells once you're feeling stronger in your movements.
