I definitely could not do the teaser roll-up the first time I did this video last year, but, after some months of consistent work, I can now do even the most challenging version! She is right - do what you can and keep at it, you will be amazed how much stronger you will get with practice! Love this video! I would love to see more longer-length, no-equipment, intermediate workouts like this!

After the loss of my father I threw myself into heavy cardio for about a year - I lost my period in the process. I swapped it for your videos because they are both challenging for somebody working out for many years, yet relaxing at the same time. I have my period back just weeks after AND I feel amazing all day after your classes. Thank you so much!!

I've been doing workouts at home for years, no jokes here, my glutes after 2 months are firmer 😂. My legs too. And never ever had a back or neck pain. My doctor suggested that I should be doing pilates for my back hernia. You have no idea what kind of changes I've seen on my body. My muscles are tightened. Nicole I just want to thank you for your work..

After decades of aerobic practice, I'll just say it's very rare to come across an instructor who is imaginative enough to avoid repetition in the selection and ordering of moves/exercises. Nicole is one of them! And more, Nicole, you've got it all - from your soothing voice to an excellent workout pace. Very impressive!

I'm glad no one was around to see me do the seal pose....I definitely tried but its safe to say that was the least graceful thing i've ever done. I'm interested to see how I progress!!

God I'm so blessed cause I found Nicole.. I have been working on myself for past six years, but I have never had such visible results as I have now with just a month of doing workouts with Nicole. I'm amazed by the gradual increase in strength that comes with doing these workouts consistently. I've been doing Nicole's workouts just two or three times per week for the past several months and really feel the difference in both swimming and yoga. In fact, my yoga teacher commented that I look stronger to her. Pilates is a fascinating science.

OMG! How does this not have millions of likes?? Such an amazing full body Pilates workout! My abs were really engaged, then my glutes were on FIRE during the glutes session on all fours, then my legs & thighs suffered during the thigh exercises on our sides - absolutely LOVED this session! Nicole, thank you SO much for uploading these videos. Out of curiosity (after seeing why dancers and skaters preferred pilates) I found your channel, saw what it was about, and I absolutely love the results it has given me in as little as 2 weeks. You make these exercises in such a way that it doesn't feel like a workout and it has definitely improved my posture, balance, and I'm starting to see small changes in how toned my muscles are. It also helped a lot with a very painful cervical disk problem that was affecting my mobility, which allowed me to be comfortable again. It has brought a really positive change in my quality of life, especially in this lockdown.

This is such a good and intense workout! I did it awhile ago and it was difficult and then added a resistance band for the first half this time and WOW! It was incredibly intense, but I see how much stronger I have become through your workouts. Thank you so much as always, Nicole!

I live Nicole's videos for the variety, challenge and her detailed instructions, making sure you are doing the exercises correctly and as best you can. I tried a couple of different instructors recently and there was either no verbal instruction or rushed with no warm up. Thank you Nicole for all of your hard work and expertise!❤

I’ve had a hard time committing to regular exercise and I finally took the advice “make it something you like to do!” I remembered how much I loved Pilates in my 20s and so I’ve been doing your videos every morning. I’m getting so strong and toned and I can finally do a side plank! Those were impossible for me until now. I also like how all the moves flow into each other and I’m not scrambling to get into position. . I do long walks and hikes for cardio and I feel so good. Thank you! ❤️

I stopped doing rhytmics gymnastic & ballet and tried a lot of things in the past 3 years then I luckily found you! I really struggled with working out by myself and trying to find a new sport that makes me happy but then i got one of your videos popping up in my recommendations and since that video, since that day i do at least one of your workouts every day beacuse it makes me so so happy i can't describe. You are literally the only coach who makes me happy and keeps me active. Thank you so much for bringing me energy & joy and please never stop uploading videos !

Thank you Nicole! I love how much energy you transmit even through a screen, and how focused your energy is, it makes moving with control much easier. Every time I watch a video of yours I think "this is my favorite! I'm going to do it every day all week" then I watch another one and I'm like "no, THIS is my favorite! Dear Nicole, I really love your workouts and I’d like to thank you from the bottom of my heart! I’ve been following you the last one year and I adore your calm voice and your gentle manners! I feel grateful that you realize that someone may not be able yet to do all the exercices and that you encourage us to be patient with our bodies. I assure you that, through time, I have seen myself being better and stronger and I persist on trying even the moves that at the beginning seemed impossible for me (just like the last set of exercices in this workout 😜)! Oh joy!! I've just finished this one - glutes are aching, lovely! An intense but not overwhelming workout with lots of focus on low body, that's what I longed for! Thank you dear Nicole for incredible videos, you bring joy to my life.

I personally love how you focus on proper form and not fitting in as many reps into a certain amount of time, I feel less pressured and more concentrated on controlling my body. Nicole, I really appreciate you and your videos, they make me feel so strong and relaxed when I'm done. I'm so thankful you keep posting videos, you're inspiring! Love these. Getting back into light exercise after a shoulder injury. 1 week lost an inch off my waist and I’d say 50% more movement in my shoulder and no pain. First time in 2 years.

i tried switching to in person pilates classes for awhile thinking it wold be nice to transition to something with even more personalized instruction so I dont risk injuring myself, and I realized they were far less instructive about proper form than you are! you provide such thorough notes on form and positioning that I really think ill only ever watch your videos, they are so perfect and awesome and you are the best ever!
