I really like the alteration between short intervals of cardio on the one hand vs. longer intervals w/ dumbbells on the other hand. It made the workout fly really quick. Thanks, Ana, dear!

I have never done such a long workout & with weights (which I’ve just recently started using) and not only been able to pull through and finish the whole thing but also still felt good afterwards, this is truly such a great format thank you!

Great workout! I agree with Marie-Alix, it is the perfect split - lower body strength - cardio - upper body strength - cardio finisher. Somehow I expected that the closing exercise would be either tuck jump or star jump - or both LOL! Thank you so much!
