A good 6! Btw what a class Tim! I really enjoyed those movements not so usual. It's been funny but challenging too... I also appreciated the fact that this well rounded class is made for a good medium level! Waiting for more! Thanks 🙏🏻

Just what I needed thank you Tim. I give todays class about an 8 on the challenge-o-meter. I really set the intention of using controlled breathing while making sure the ribs stayed in and down. This really helped intensify the class. I believe I got out of it what you intended us to get out of it. Thank you so much!

I can easily tell that you're the only yoga teacher i can stick to. I would totally join Conscious Movement Community if i didn't live in turkey lo. ($1=18 turkish liras). Love the calmness of your voice and how you easily explain the poses. Keep up the good work!

this felt so good! The advanced transitions like From tree to warrior 3 made me feel like a badass 😎. My upper back feels released and open, also the quality of my breath improved. Thank you Tim for sharing your ocean of wisdom 🙏❤️

Loved this practice - thank you! About a 5-6 or so for me, though a few months ago, it would have been higher, which means progress, especially on balancing poses and shoulder mobility. It's because of daily practice (including stretching), so thank you for that guidance and encouragement through your videos!

I've been practicing for most of my life, on and off, and have been doing daily for about 3 months. This kicked my ass. I was surprised how well I did. 1-10 I'd put this at a 7. It was enjoyable, but my poor ankles were not prepared. I'm excited to come back to this in a couple of weeks and see if I can do it as smoothly as I would like.

I’d say this would be a 6-7 a good amount of 😮‍💨😮‍💨 but not unachievable at all. I felt zen coming back down and into corpse pose. I also really like when you have us open up our upper backs. As the months go by my difficult poses are getting better but by bit. 💪🏻

Great class! Exactly as promised- well rounded, loved the stretches and openings, definitely need more shoulder and upper body openings. Love the fact is was actually 40 minutes rather than 20 💪🏼

Hi Tim, thank you for the amazing class. I really love the flow. From one pose to another it's so much fun yet challenging. I also love the one hand plank, To me, it's 6. Still challenging, but I didn't fall this time. I think the previous 1 week challenge is definitely more challenging, I give those 8. Thank you for giving! You're amazing as always. It was about an 8 for me. Very creative flow, I really liked the interesting transitions. In the old days most yoga teachers did the same old thing with too many chair poses etc. I’m now doing Pilates which is a great compliment to yoga, so hopefully I can get my challenge number a bit lower very soon!

Recovery from last weeks Covid is tough. Made it to 11min this morning and 18min in the afternoon, sweating like a pig. Will keep it going slowly. 6/10 for sure

I thought I wouldn't be strong enough for this video, but instead, I feel empowered. Fun sequences and flows, and plenty of opportunities for stronger variations (headstand, bridge, chaturanga push-ups, etc.). Thank you, Tim.

Excellent strong but graceful flow. As a swimmer, I truly appreciate opening the chest and shoulders. Agree with the person who said the forearm and wrist stretches at the beginning felt amazing👏 Heavenly😇
