This is a 40 minute intermediate vinyasa flow with lots of twists and turns and moving around the mat. Class is led by Helen Cloots and filmed at Waipuilani Park in Maui, Hawaii.

Helen, 👏 we used the entire mats surface this morning with all these fun twists and turns, appreciation for your calming directive and cues as we flowed. So lovely. Watch out for those coconuts 🥥

Loved this flow!! It was so much fun. The one you forgot the name of my class named fallen tulip. I couldn't remember the name either, so they decided for me. lol. Thank you for a wonderful practice and your great approach to yoga. ❤🧘‍♀

Wow, this flow is very twisty and turny, swapping from one end of the mat to the other! I found it quite fast-paced and would've liked a bit more time to adjust to each pose. Quite a challenge!

Definitely a faster paced practice. You can always practice at a slower speed or take your time! More slow flows coming!
