Whats good folks, today we are doing a quick riding video of out 212cc homemade motorized bike build. It has a 5 speed transmission on it and can go about 40mph. Be sure to check out my other builds, I got mini bikkes, gokarts, gas scooters and all sorts of motorized bikes too! Thanks for watching!

I made a motorized bike with a 212 predator . I made it where I could use the cassette transmission, it did over 80 mph . I ended up hit a rock and bending the rear rim and popping the tire . I'll fix it one of these days . It's not that safe but what bike is, and it's fun to have that kind of speed .

That's the spirit. Myself I cheated, I started with a Honda g.x.h. 49.4cc engine to a belt drive gear reduction Jack shaft into a Max Torque go kart clutch to a 56 wheel rear sprocket on a 26 inch wheel. I cruise at 35 to 40 m.p.h. with only 2/3 of the factory governor turned up along with an estimated 120 to 150 m.p.g. Oh yea, almost forgot the belt drive clutch assembly has a one year warranty and the Honda g.x.h. 50 has a three year warranty if it fails to start. Bad side, it ain't cheap.

do you have to pedal your bike to get it up to speed? I like the gearing I have on this because it can go offroad, and up any hills!

@@OliverMotorized yea it's a 2 stroke. Mine doesnt fair well offroad because it does not have the torque advantage yours has, I love your build!

Those 2 strokes if you tune em and give them some attention they will haul ass, I’ve come close to doing 50 on a 66cc kit from amazon and a cruiser. Not downhill, I don’t trust my wheel bearings whatsoever but I did upgrade them but going 65 is enough for me down a hill with blond turns... before I realize my speed on my speedo tho, the adrenaline rush > my life haha I realize could die at any moment and slow down eventually.... back roads only tho

When you build hardtail bikes try and build a seat with suspension either with a suspension seat post or coil springs. It'll save your back and ass a pounding. Good luck mate

Is there a way to be able to get any more low end power? I ask this because on my channel I have a Minibike with a 212 motor but no torque converter. I know this engine is a lot smaller but do they make torque converters for it?

Junk Moto looks like you hit 40mph on your mini bike? I can’t watch the video rn but if you’re going 40 then I think you can swap out the sprocket in the back to a larger one! Also if you have a 3/4” engine shaft then you can add a torque converter. I’ve never seen a torque converter for 5/8” shaft so if you have 5/8” you might be outa luck in terms using a torque converter lol good luck man!

if you use a centrifugal clutch, you can get a more efficient power transfer. i tried a tc on my 79cc shifter, and couldnt get above 25mph, when i got 40mph with a centrifugal.

Sorry bro. My 80cc 2 stroke that is actualy 76cc gets to 42mph with a 44tooth sprocket. It has been ported a bit and has a nz65 clone.

Revolution !!! Do stock 80cc kits go that fast? That’s pretty awesome. The thing I like about this bike is I can go anywhere in first gear because of the reduction!

@@devinmarks4610 Absolutely not true, I'm at 33 mph with a stock 4 stroke 49cc. 80cc should be able to do 40 with the right gearing and light rider.

40 mph, really. My genesis onyx goes 60 mph with cvt and a 36t sprocket. I just put a 50t on it. I like the acceleration better.

@@paradice9920 2 stroke 66CC can do 40 for sure, I'm at 33 mph with a stock 49cc 4 stroke. All depends on rider weight and gearing!
