Looks good, dunno if I want to drill into a original Ironhorse aluminum frame, but with a few alterations to the motor mount, that idler roller can be used as well.

Have you got a gearbox added to that string trimmer? That doesn't look like nearly enough reduction. You're probably just burning the clutch up. I'm surprised it even moved actually.

You dont need a bigger motor to go faster, just change the gearing.

@@zielony1212 you need a bigger gear in the front and a smaller gear in the back. Its gonna be faster but not as much torque.

@@albertfingernoodle6416 What about mounting derailleurs both on the back wheel and on the engines's attachment (there is a single cogwheel that you connect to the back wheel with a chain, but in that case you want more cogweels as in the back wheel but maybe not that much of them), so you can have both fast start and high total speed?

Ingenious, crude but Ingenious and Great production! A belt driven torque converter in place of the gears and chain would go a long way in performance.

But how did it work when you were Switching the multi gear system Because you gave one top speed Not the top speeds of other gear ratios For the regular That looks like a twenty one speed And you only did one gear set up, Because once I can get my hands-on a motor I plan on Making the bike able to move my 230 pound self To speeds upwards to minimum 30 MPH. But at least this is better than walking distances, Also I wonder how far did you get on a full tank Like total distance Because it would also be nice to know how much range it has, Because this is a trimmer not a weedwacker Or a chainsaw, Because here in the states It is 49CC and lower You don't need a license for it.
