These exercises worked splendidly for me when I weighed 240 pounds and went to the gym my first time. I'm 193cm tall, which I think is.. uhm, like 7ft(?) but 240 pounds still meant that I had a little cushion on my stomach - still I managed to do most of these exercises and with time I could do them all. Today, these are still good exercises but I do them more advanced (see his video for 44 best exercises).

On the real it doesn't if you can't do alot the whole point is to set a max even if it's 4 or 5 and keep with that for a month or so then see how much you can do. Muscles don't build just like that if you haven't worked out it will be rough but keep at it and you will do more then you used to. I could barely do 15 push ups but I kept at it and now I can hit 40 to 45
@bloodcorer

+Frankie Ramos How long did it take u to reach 40-45 push ups? It took me 2 months to reach 20 (with pauses after 15)
@fulldnbboy

while i was in service, its joke here in my country anyway, well, while i was in service, the new blood time was 3 months, first NATO test i did, i could do only 22 push-ups, 3 months later, with morning excercices, few pre-lunch push-ups, 2-3-4 times in 3 months self training and a lot of eating proper food, after that time, during second NATO test, 3 months later, i could do already 58 push-ups in 2 minutes, since i was very underweighted, the food i was eating helped the most, not the excercices themselves, if you are overweighted, well you most likely would do from those 20 after another 2 months and more intensely excercicing, give or take, 30-40 easily, just need a little push

The 2nd person EVER who I've seen use proper body position for a plank (hips tucked under, or forward, with a slightly rounded back). I'll watch more of your videos for that reason alone. But some of these are too difficult for me at this point. Any other beginner exercises? As a female, I don't have the upper body strength for some of these (yet)
