This video shares a passive and active routine for developing neck, shoulder, hip and glutes, hamstrings, hip flexor, and general all-around flexibility. There is a bias towards the hips, especially rotation, and relaxing in positions.

Love the length of this! Sometimes it just doesn't feel like 30min hits enough but an 1hour seems too daunting, so this is perfect!

This is my favorite stretching routine from you so far. I love the newer format of putting the silent stretching timers along with instructions ("Keep going", etc). I also really like the longer holds. The 2 minute frog stretch was something I didn't think would be possible to survive, but the shoulder twists were a great distraction. Thank you, Tom!

I did this ONCE and my posture is visibly different--shoulders like an inch or two further from my ears. I can feel the tension I've had in my traps the past couple weeks releasing. This long-form follow along style with gorgeous background is amazing!! More, please.

Been using your flexibility/mobility videos a couple months now and have seen positive results also have suffered with terrible night cramps for ages but recently these have improved greatly 🤷🏼‍♀️can only think it’s your exercises that have helped.

This was excellent! I've had lots of physical therapy for shoulder and hip injuries with limited improvement. While working through this routine, you touched all the problem areas. Your comments helped me find sensitive/tight areas and the progression enabled me to release them. I plan to do this routine several times a week to help me keep all the "parts' moving. Thank you for providing this video. Oh yes, the setting is awesome too! More like this please.

Awesome, keep them coming, they are really helping me out. And I've searched the entire world wide web for more people who does full-body mobility/flexibility follow alongs and there literally is none who does it in your very simple format and most of them is more towards Yoga, which just isn't the same. I'll give this ago next week! But keep those full-body videos coming, in anything between 15-45 min, they are awesome.

@@BodyweightWarrior Did this one today, was pretty good. And you say at the end to give suggestions/requests or something and I'd definitely like more (anything from 15-45 mins) and I wouldn't mind some that include standing positions, e.g. Warrior 2 where you reach for the ground or you reach under your leg with one arm and around the back with another to reach each other etc. I love your videos, so.. it's not critique at all, but more exercises standing wouldn't hurt (without changing what you already do). :) Just my 2 cents.

the dolomites - I used to work both in South Tirol and (North) Tirol and for a moment I thought you were in the Kufstein region facing the Wilde Kaiser mountain range. Wonderful routine and lots of love from Northern Germany.

Hi Tom! I really like these longer follow-along-videos and use them especially after my workout (mark lauren: you are your own gym). Now, is this actually a good idea to do a long stretching session after a moderate/rather intense workout routine?

As always, perfectly explained! Is it possible to create a routine for people who are working from home? I need to take a break every hour and sometimes (because I write a lot) my fingers, hands, neck, and back become very stiff. I would be very happy if I could use my break to train my upper body somehow in order to stay fit throughout the day. Thanks in advance!

I think I've done all your follow alongs. I love them! Question; any idea why I always get a cramp in my hip when I do pike extensions? Any variation of that style of exercise leads to a charlie horse in the top of my hip. It's been that way for years, and I can't seem to figure it out.

Tom have you seen the new research on stretching by itself causing hypertrophy or potentially hyperplasia? RP strength have a video on it, Check it out! It might be helpful if you make a routine that is based on that concept for us who can't afford to workout in a gym or don't have the modality to. :)

hi Tom, the exercise around 19.30, when i try to hug my left knee with my right arm, i cannot stand still and i fall off. is this strength issue or flexibility / strech issue?
