It's a good thing the person driving that truck new the correct sound of the engine and didn't keep on trying to drive it. Looks fixable from what I'm thinking. But I'm with you CE get the Cummins gasket.

i got a straight edge for checking heads and blocks if you need it.

I certainly hope he checked the block. I picked up the head from the machine shop so I know it's good! You know what they say buy them books send them to school and they build a twin turbo 4bt ! lol

Oopsie.. metal whistle, really?? OMG CE, the kid is trying to make videos like Whistling Diesel😵😵 Heads surfaced, just to be sure it's all in the gasket, get out the straight edge, check the block.....
