I’ve got a 4Runner and an f250 right now. 4Runner is for daily driving, weekend hikes, and long road trips. I use my f250 to haul a 6,000 pound trailer. I’m thinking about trading both in for a sequoia just have the best of both worlds. Nice video!

I have both I said 4 runner is more for like husband and wife, I have it for 15 years now still going strong off road is great. Seq is more for family

Great walk through. We have the Sequoia and our friends have a 4runner... which is a little too small for all our gear but both awesome vehicles.

I have them both and I can say that my wife and I love both, they are reliable comfortable and with a few mods look badass! But if I had to pick one I say I would keep the sequoia, this is an all in one vehicle, the only thing I say is not good is the MPG but is all worth it

One thing I hope they fix on sixth generation 4Runner, is having air conditioning vents in the headliner or side panels for the back passengers/dogs. I hate that to get AC to the back of the 4Runner the seat bottoms must be removed if you want to have the back seat folded.

The Seqouia is the new big Land Cruiser like the FJ60 was. Underrated, but very capable and spacey. Like a bigger, more powerful 4runner

Looking to get a used 4Runner of Sequoia. 4R has a edge for me right now but that could change. I like that the 4R is made in Japan and I don't know if long term the Sequoia would last as long or give me the same reliability. This is a bit silly, but I really like how both the 4R and Sequoia have that rear window that rolls down and how they open as it would make it better for hauling.

Can't go wrong with either choice, minus the Sequoia gets worse MPG and not as trail friendly in tight spots if you plan to off-road it. Hope this helps. Good luck!

@@everydaybettereverydaystronger Wife said go big or go home, lol. 4R, Sequoia, LC, or LX470. We saw a Sequoia on the road and my wife said it was nice. Really though I think it will comed down to best deal I can find in the next few months.

I have a 1996 4 runner and a 2015 tacoma , I love them bother but my 4 runner has way more mods and it's alot of fun

Quick question, So I have the 21 4runner TRD ORP with the KDSS, I want lift 3 inches, just don’t know if that gonna impact the KDSS performance

I bought a 19 4runner with 3row seat, it's tight back there for adults but kids might be OK at least my 9yr old likes it, but for long trips with 2 car seats in the second row the whole vehicle feels tight inside. I'm currently looking for a 1st gen sequoia for long trips and work vehicle, don't tow anything and the 1st gen it's like the current 4runner in terms of size (whole) but with more inside room and cargo.

thanks thats a great review. I have, well had a 2003 SEquoia, until some **person decided to hijack it and crash it into a telephone pole. I checked to see how the Sequoia and 4runner compare in size, some charts said: 4Runner size 88 cubic feet, Sequoia 86 ??? and the Sequoia gets better gas mileage? back in 1985 I was going to buy either the 4x4 truck or 4Runner which was the truck just all covered. But we had dirt bikes so got the pickup. The 4Runner was slim and 4 cylinder back then. They are alot fancier now. my 85 had the solid front axle so if driving and you had coffee? it would spill unless you held it but that was ok

Yes. The entire camping area was closed the day we went there to shoot. Was hoping to get some light offroad shots but it’s once again been barricaded off 😔

I agree that the Wranglers are the most capable offroad vehicles but the Jeep brand in general is one of the worst reliable vehicles. I’ve had several. There is a reason it’s been nicknamed, Heep and Just Empty Every Pocket. Even the Gladiators already have lots of issues.
