As we get older, our bodies change, making it unrealistic to do the same workouts and exercises that we used to. Our bodies don't work like they used to, so we need to begin to train differently. These 5 easy core exercises for women over 50 will tone your core and help you get a better looking midsection!
5 Best Ab Exercises for Women Over 50
(4:07) RKC Plank (1 minute total)
(6:12) Knee Slide Crunch (30 reps)
(8:34) Foot Touch to Flutter Kick (15 each leg)
(10:31) Invisible Ball Twists (10 each side)
(11:58) Superwoman's (30 reps)
To get these rep totals, it is okay to break the exercises up into smaller sets. You don't need to do all of the reps in one set!

Keep going life isn't fair loosing 2 daughters is very difficult but you have a lot to live for your grandchildren they need you. Thats why you need to be healthy first for yourself and secondly for them. ❤

I have trouble with my stomach having this belly it bulges out of my pants 👖 😫 it has got to go. Then my thighs rub together when I were dresses or shorts. And that burns between my inward thighs. I want to know how to have that be more tight. And I want to know how to get more limber. I am so stiff all the time I have been doing some exercises & I feel better since I have.

4:10 straight to the first exercise 6:50 for the second exercise 9:00 for the third one 10:50 for the fourth exercise 12:20 for the fifth exercise And the final one is 14:15 the cat 😻 position

Loved these exercises… I bend over all day as a tattooist.. my back always hurts. I’ve found doing these ab exercise really helpful and started to see the results now as my back is much stronger and is not hurting to much after work now day ( I m 55 years and been doing tattooing for 20 years) I’ll carry on every morning with these. Was scrolling through the different workouts and came across yours. I am 58 yrs old and was looking in the mirror and realized that I am loosing the muscle in my butt, so I did find some good exercises for my glutes that does not require any equipment (LucyLFitness) but I need to strengthen my core (due to having scoliosis a minor S shape but mostly my lower back esp my muscles on left side due to being .25 inches shorter on left side) Anyways, I was looking for core exercises that don't require equipment, and looks easy enough to do but will strengthen my core. And I believe that I can commit to your routine. Oh and yes, I almost forgot, and this routine is especially made for women over 50+ like me!!!! So, thank you for thinking of us women out there who are older, but definitely not dead. LOL... I will keep you updated. Oh and I did subscribe to your channel. Thanks again ;)

Wow! I’m so glad I ran across your videos. I am in my late 40s and I have a lot of stress in my body and I sit a lot at work. I absolutely love your channel and info. I am 61 years young (at least that is what I feel lol.) I was diagnosed with uterine cancer and had to have radiation treatments. Man, I never thought I would lose weight! I just started thanks to your instruction. I did have to wait for the radiation treatments to wear off but I got to work right away on your lessons. Boy did I start seeing results!!! I'm so happy I subscribed to your channel. By the way, I do HIIT training for 40 minutes twice a week. Is that too much? I love HIIT training.

In true HIIT fashion, you probably shouldn't be able to go for that amount of time as the HIIT bursts require almost all-out, maximum effort. Thanks for this. Been looking for something I can do for 5 to 10 mins in the mornings and this seems like a good place to start. Just turned 53, bought myself a weighing machine and freaked out when I saw my weight. Will keep you posted on my journey.

Just found this and This is AWESOME!! I'm 54 and peri-menopausal and I've gained 55 pounds that I need to lose especially my belly. Thank you so much for sharing. Just started going to the gym twice a day, morning and evening, and will add this and create some sort of routine. This weight has to go!!! I appreciate you, thanks again!😊

Loved this. I’m over 50 & haven’t exercised for quite sometime. This was really good exercise to get back into the routine. I will do this initially every other day followed by a 20 minute yoga session & eventually do it daily. Thanks for sharing this with us.

I think this will be helpful for me. I’m getting over a stroke and haven’t been doing the same exercise that I used to. I’ve noticed that I have accumulated fat round my middle which doesn’t correlate with weight gain. I’m trying to eat healthily but need to do something to improve this middle section as I’m slim elsewhere. Thank you🤗

ZOWIE ladies... I just did my first set of these 5 exercises. And I 'feel it now". Thank you you FIT MOTHER PROJECT, I am approaching 60 this year and my fav hobby is Horse riding. Yesterday I saw tape of my self in a lesson situation and my "belly" was ....UGH. But that was yesterday and thi is TODAY...s MAY 2nd 2022 . Thank you chaps :)

thank coach 🙏🏾 i’ll love this , use to be in the gym bfr 5dys a wk, since i hit 50 my stamina slowed down, i’m hypertension and diabetic, depression since the murder of my son i feel saden and almost all my body aches, on soo much meds and i hv family to look after, don’t have motivation to do exercise. appreciate this ad 👏God bless you fitness coach.

It's important to provide a variety of exercises for the same muscle group. This way the person can choose the exercises that are most compatible with them. This is especially important when someone is 50 plus. Very informative video.

Hi .i am 46, also had a c-section delivery 19yrs ago have developed hernia a little in the naval area, no.pain, sometimes it is sensitive my question is are these safe for me to do these if not can you suggest other exercuses
