This week on the DoneDeal KZfaq channel, we're taking a look at some of the highlights of the all-new Toyota Yaris Cross. It's in the same segment of the market as the Ford Puma, Renault Captur and the Volkswagen T-Cross meaning it's got some stiff competition. Two things that separate it from the competition is that it's a stand alone hybrid car, and it's also available in all wheel drive.
Here are 5 things you need to know.
1. It's a hybrid that doesn't need to be plugged in.
2. It's got a 397 litre boot making it more practical than an ordinary Yaris.
3. It comes with Apple Car Play and Android Auto as standard (Apple Car Play is Wireless)
4. It has some great driving aids/safety features including lane assist, emergency braking and more.
5. Prices start at just over €27,000.

I think this is going to be a huge hit with lots of buyers. My only criticism is you have to go well up the range to get decent spec

ordering mine ,the excel . on the 11th dec . for mar 24 . i am a wheelchair user , and this looks perfect . i have the yaris design now and love it . £40 to fill the tank ,and roughly 450 miles

the only downfall now is the bootspace . the cross is far better .

@@Holiday-home-Dunamis ye in the yaris i expect a minimum of 400 miles . 640km . ok the fuel has gone up a bit . but still around £43 . per tank full .

You didn’t mention the great fuel economy at 65mpg. Luv this car. I value your opinion so glad u like it. Hope to get one next yr maybe.

Neither the "standard" Yaris nor the Yaris Cross seem made for a family. Pity that you don't show it, but when you see how limited the space in the rear seats is and how much (or better: little) the rear doors open, you wonder what the designers had in mind here. If I (with my 6 ft) had to sit behind myself, I poke my knees into the driver's seat. Try to install a child seat in a Yaris/Yaris Cross, let alone "fill" that seat... 😒 Compare the space, especially in the back, to a Honda Jazz or Jazz Crosstar. They are 13.5 or 9 cm. shorter, 7 cm. narrower and have a 4 cm. shorter wheelbase. But... much more space and much more accessible! Unfortunately, you have about 85 liters of luggage space less in the Honda (if you didn't know that a lot of junk fits in that empty space under the magic seats, for example a folding buggy...).

Hi, I know that the Toyota Yaris Cross has a fuel tank capacity of 36-litres but how many kilometres can the Yaris Cross do on a single tank of petrol? Will it do 500/600kms on a single tank of fuel? Salespeople never release this information but I think it is an important part of buying a car. It is well and good that the Yaris Cross is fuel efficient ( especially with rising costs of fuel) but it is important to know how many kilometres you can get from a single tank of fuel.
