Hashimoto's hypothyroidism and I'm getting fatty liver, cyst in kidney, polyps in gall bladder and plaque in the aorta due to this autoimmune disease. I eat balanced and exercise. I'm starting to make changes and I will follow your suggestions, I'm taking my health in my own hands now. As doctors don't seem to have a plan for me, other than synthroid.

try blackseed, applecidervinager, iodine, tyrosin, brahmi, selenium (Brazil nuts) vitamin D, cut off gluten and sugar, your health will improve a lot

I use a teaspoon of chia seed with squeezed lemon and warm water and let them soak for 10 mins. And just drink the coffee cup back

Chia seeds: Soak 1 spoon of chia seeds in 9 spoons of water. Leave it overnight and eat. Chia pudding I spoon chia seeds 9 spoons coconut milk Banana Walnuts Dates Vanilla Leave overnight and eat Above recipe is sweet enough for me. If needed, add a little stevia. Coarse grind flax seeds. You can eat as is or sprinkle on salad.
