1. FIBRE IN DIET: Add fiber in your daily dose as it adds bulk and gives u satiety value so the digestion is better. Eat a rainbow on your plate.
2. FERMENTED FOOD: These foods are high in vitamins and good bacteria. Good bacteria make your gut healthy. So include dosa, idli, dhokla, home-made pickle, curd etc.
3. PAINKILLERS AND ANTIBIOTICS: It disturbs the gut flora. So whenever you pop a pill for instant relief, think twice.
4. ARTIFICAL SWEETENERS: Modern science has proved that taking them will impair your insulin resistance which actually will weaken gut lining.
5. STRESS: Whenever your body is under stress it is flight or fight mode! The body doesn't break food and ultimately poor gut slow digestion. So eat mindfully!
