This workout really works, these workouts are really easy and I lose a lot of my breast fat by only doing this whole workout twice at the same time. It’s really hard to find workouts that are quick easy that don’t take 100 years to lose breast fat or you have to pay for it. So I’m really thankful for this video. It helps a lot and makes me feel less insecure about my breast size.

My progress: 20 July ✅ - Done 2 set 21 July ✅ - Done another 10 minute workout from this channel 22 July ❌ - Didn't have enough energy 23 July ✅ - Done 7 sets to make up for yesterday, 40 minutes of exercises I'm so proud of myself 🎉 24 July ✅ - Done 1 set because my arm hurts. I don't know if there are any results yet but I do feel a lot lighter :D Also I spent like 30 minutes today doing some leg workout 25 July ✅/❌ - Focused on the leg workout, ran for 20 minutes today 26 July ✅ - Done 3 sets :) I thought I update this comment for those who want to try it. Although I haven't worked out regularly and only for about a week I am seeing changes. My breast is definitely smaller (about 2 cm) so I would say it's worth it. Remember to stay positive and keep in mind the results come overtime and not after one workout. Might pick it up sometime soon again. I belive in y'all! 🎉

this really helped me alot! since i do have the body of a 10 y/o im breasts are starting to get bigger and im gonna to feel embarrassed about it in 5th grade. so i searched up a video like this to do once in a while, when i completed it, i felt great that i did something i wanted to do and my breasts will get smaller by doing this. thank you for having this video to continue what i want to do as a woman. ❤

The key point of seeing the desired result is to be consistent, doing this 3 times only one day won't make it work, u have to continue to every other day. Just add extra 5 min for this to the regular workout routine.

@@smilee.3 yes! I did this once a day for four days and it worked, so I’d recommend doing it 2-3 times a day because then you’d probably lose it much quicker! But, yes,and this workout is amazing!!!

@@madhuridubey7863 I feel more toned, but I haven't measured yet. I am doing the reps twice a day now. It only takes 5 minutes, so if nothing else, that is ten minutes a day that I am not sitting down watching TV.😀

I was doing work outs before then I realized my breasts are Soo stubborn to reduce so am on my first day of reducing them hope all goes well for me 🙏🙏💪💪💪💪

I have a shoulder injury and when I first did this it really hurt my shoulder but I will take it easy and continue you this one out the the 5 videos I saw. I like how my arm felt so this is a good exercise. Idk if it will make my boobs smaller (I hope so, if not I am getting a reduction anyways) but I know this will help with my flabby arms lol Thank you

my chest is 38 inches… I am very short but busty for my size (under 5ft gang) and it gives me a lot of back pain. I wish I had a smaller size to compliment my size (I wear 32G and it also makes looking for bras a pain in the ass) I hope one day I can be a regular bra size with surgery but I want to start being less sedentary so I can shed a few inches off myself. I hope anyone who is feeling the same way can get their desired results. We got this💕

My breasts are huge and I really want to reduce them. I don't know if it will work or not but will be doing it for the next whole month. December 1: I just finished and I swear this wasn't easy my whole neck and shoulder area is burning like hell. December 3: I am sick so didn't do it yesterday. But as today I was feeling much energized so I did it twice. It still burnt my shoulders and arms but not like the first day. Results: I tried this workout for at least one and a half month and I was shocked every single of my bra got so loose I went from 36 to 31.5 inches and this workout is amazing I repeated it thrice the first few days were bit hard but with time it became easy. I also kept track of my diet. I didn't cut any calories just stopped having sugar and the results amazed me I am so happy. This workout is 10/10

Started 3 days ago and I'll be doing 2 days everyday for a month and we will see how it goes May 19th- so I did it for around two weeks then I got sick and skipped a week but I definitely saw a difference. I'm going to start again today for the rest of this month

I found this yesterday and also started yesterday but I’ll update from now on:) I’ll mostly do 2 sets a day day 1: 2 sets, ofc no difference day 2: 2 sets, no difference ig day 3: 2 sets, I think I can see a change, slightly :)) day 4: 2 sets, definitely lighter than before! day 5: didn’t have time :( day 6: 1 set bc I didn’t have enough time

Hey everyone, I just want to say this workout/exercise is still doing great, though be careful when you do the elbow to elbow. I kept on accidentally hitting my right elbow with my left elbow bone so now my left elbow hurts when I touch it. So just be careful while you do that exercise so you don’t hurt yourselves! (also if you end up with this happening it’ll be okay, it’s temporary so the pain will go away.)

i’m trying this workout and i’m dedicated this time. i’m 15 with DD cup. It makes me look older than i am and i can’t dress in things i like because it simply doesn’t look good. (if u see this, like so i can be reminded in case i forget.) day 1, set 1: ✅ definitely wasn’t easy. wanted to give up the entire time due to the burn i felt in my shoulders, but kept going. day 1, set 2: ✅ a little easier but not much. still feel the burn in my shoulders, but now in my arms also. day 2, set 1: ✅ felt the burn from shoulder to shoulder and in my neck. my shoulders feel sore. not seeing much yet, but that’ll come later 🤞🏼 day 2, set 2: ❌ didn’t get to do it day 3, set 1: ✅ definitely got a bit easier but still pretty hard. felt the burn in the same places again, but still no change in my breasts. update: i stopped because i see no change whatsoever. i did do day 4 and 5 but nothing.

Day -1 ✅Started today.... I made 3 repetitions I feel like so much of burden...but i have seen changes in my body Will continue it daily . . Day-2 ✅ completed I feel fat burning near my shoulders...Also made 3 repetitions . . . Day-3 ❌ Holiday (went out) . . . Day-4 ✅ completed While doing the 3rd exercise I completely understand why our body needs physical fitness Also,made 3 repetitions . . . Started the exercise yesterday. Will update here! Day 1- ✅ Did twice with stretches also! Day 2- ✅ Done 2 sets! Day 3- ✅ Done 2 sets. My chest feels less saggy/tight! pls comment/like so it doesn't get lost 😭👍 Day 4- ✅ Done 2 sets. My chest feels small..omgg im so happy😭👍 Day 5- ✅Done 2 sets. Same as day 4 Day 6- ✅ Done 2 sets Day 7- ✅ Done 2 sets! WEEK 1 PROGRESS - My bust is a lot more tight and rounder now. But I still haven't reached my desirable size yet so im gonna continue doing the exercise. WEEK 2 : I'm gonna do the exercise on alternate days from this week onwards! Day 9- ✅ Done 2 sets Day 11- ✅ Done 1 set Day 13- ❌ I didn't do the exercise cuz of period pain Day 15- ✅ Done 1 set Day 17- ✅ Done 2 sets Day 19- ✅ Done 2 sets My shoulders seem to be more straight and my collarbone popped out more !! I did it for 2 weeks 2 sets with 100 jumping jacks and my breast size shrank down to two inches. It definitely works guys, you just need to have patience and be consistent

Trying it 4 times a day I’ll update as I go (I’m 13 so my chest is still growing) Day 1 - did a lot of exercise and healthy food. No difference yet but my arms burn a bit Day2- I did 6 times today and I feel a burn big no difference yet aswell, I think it’s cause I have a Oreo sundae and marshmallows Day 3 - in elbow to elbow I feel less fat being pushed against eachother if that makes Sence and it looks smaller in t shirts but when I touch it feels no smaller

@@giuliana9708 well I kinda takes a while to get breast to get back in shape. Like right now my breast have been getting a little shrunk lately. But there are some different ways to do this kinda exercise. Like this week right now I am doing Belly Exercises Arm Exercises and Thigh workouts.

I'll start doing this exercise for 2 weeks and do the excercises 3x a day and keep you guys updated !! 😜 Day 1 ✅: I did the excercise 3x ! I felt the pain in my arms and I'll continue tmrw ! Day 2 ✅: today felt the same as day 1 🙄🙄 Day 3 ✅: I memorized the excercises !! and I didn't feel any pain tbh, and I saw a little bit of change in my chest ! Day 4 ✅: normal day todayy 😋 You guys I'm so so so so soooo sorry I haven't updated you guys. I did this workout for a couple days and wasn't seeing any progress, so I moved on to q better workout thats been helping.

Im joining the people whove been writing their updates in the commenrs along with writing in a journal Started with D-36 Day 1: ✅️ Two sets felt great afterwards although no difference noticed obviously cause its the first day Day 2: ✅️ did 3 sets this time it was a little more difficult cause I was a little sore today in my shoulder area so I think it's working I'm also pairing this with another chest reduction workout so that will help aswell Day 3 & 4: School started back up and i wound up forgetting tho i did diet a bit Day 5: ✅ I did 2.5 sets the reason i said that is i did 3 set of a few of the excersies and 2 of the others i havent noticed a difference tho i do feel somewhat thinner tho it may be because i walk 3 ish miles a day at school and i eat a ton less (no breakfast and very small lunch and dinner i highly dont reccomend) but that is cause i never feel hungry and at lunch i have to sometimes force myself to eat. Day 6: Missed Day 7: ✅️ did 4 sets today and my chest feels somewhat smaller though it isnt noticeable i dont think Day 8: ✅️ did two sets today there is a noticeable difference Idk what day this is: It's been a while and though I haven't been following the video I have been doing this exersie a few times this week and I haven't seen more than just a little improvement since I've started

Started 3 days ago let’s keep track!!! Day 1: I did it 2 time the exercises hurt my arms so they were a bit sore no difference Day 2: I did it 4 times 3 for today one for yesterday my arms still hurt but I notice a small difference Day 3: I did it 3 times the excel uses are getting a bit easier I notice a lift in my chest but no size difference Day 4: did it 2 times and the elbow one hurt my arms but overall the exercises are getting easier has gotten a bit smaller!! Day 5: I did it 2 times and the muscle is definitely getting stronger
