Here are 8 of the best exercises you can do at home if you want to get a flat stomach and shrink belly fat fast:
1. Leg Drops
2. Reverse Crunches
3. Knee Tuck Crunches
4. Russian Twists
5. Reach Through
6. Heel Touches
7. Single Leg Jacknife
8. Plank
All these exercises are body-weight and are very effective in toning your ab muscles and burning the fat around them.
This workout routine contains all of them for your convenience, and you can do them all in one go. If you do do it, make sure you complete this routine EVERYDAY for 3-4 weeks if you want to really have good results!

a 13 year old trying to lose weight Day 1 : Done ( Was pretty hard but i completed the workout ) Day 2 : Done ( My stomach hurted from yesterday today was tuffer) Day 3 : Done ( didnt hurt that much and was easier overall) Day 4 : Done ( i DId it twice ! ) Day 5 : Done ( Did it twice in the afternoon and did another workout from roberta in the evening) Day 6 : Done Day 7 : Done Lost about 1.5-2 kg in a week and noticed small differences in my belly will keep updating like the comment so i remember to update

@@sameer-4987 hey ive been doing this and my stomach is really normal sized not to big but just a little bit i do it twice a week and honestly it works you should at least see results in like 4 weeks if you work 2 days a week if you do it everyday you can see results as soon as a week or 2

I’ve been doing this for like 2 weeks everyday and I see progress! I’ve always been insecure about my body and seeing the changes makes me so incredibly happy if you’re sad about the way your body looks don’t just sit around and be sad about it if you don’t like it do something about it! ❤

@@RobertasGym Thank you. I'm certainly going to try. I'm currently a fit 120 pounds (5'8, 42yrs old) but I'm a recovering alcoholic, and I have this annoying stomach issue, due to what I believe is weakened stomach muscles from years of alcohol. No matter what I do, I can't get this little bulge to go away. If I lean back, the bulge sinks and I look cut again, but when I stand upright again, this extra pocket of mass pushes out and I really don't understand it. Maybe it's water weight. Maybe it's weakened muscles. Doctor's aren't giving me any answers either. They just keep charging me obscene prices for tests that tell me nothing. So I figure I'm just going to work the stomach hard every day for a good month or two and see if that does anything. I'm in great physical shape otherwise. A photo of me shirtless and not flexing now looks like someone photoshopped a little pudge tummy on me and it is just infuriating me that it won't go away.

Going to start doing this tomorrow! So excited I’ve been really insecure about my weight my stomach in general I’ve been skipping meals, overworking myself. But after seeing the comments I have a good feeling about this! Will keep updated. 1st day: felt a burning pain in my stomach but kept going! Actually i didn't want to write anything here because i'm a bit ashamed for personal reasons, such as i don't believe in this KZfaq crap but on the other hand after watching this channel i'm motivated enough to give it a try, also i like the animations 👍 Let's start with day 1: 177cm tall, 85kg weight, dissatisfied with too much belly & thigh fat in my opinion I realize that i will only get results if i do it regularly for months we'll see each other again 💪💋

A 11 year old doing this workout! I'll keep my progress updated here Day one: Done! It was pretty hard though, but when you finish you feel refresh! Day two: It wasn't as difficult as the first day. But l don't see any progress so far (obviously lol) Day three: Done, it was easier then it was the first two days l see a little bit of progress and i think l lost fat on my thighs. Idk though. Post update: If you are considering doing this please do! I can already see thee figure coming in!! 10/10 really worth it Like so l can keep updating ❤

I’ve been doing this for 3-4 days and I’ve seen changes. I’ve lost quite a bit of weight but i eat normally and have snacks every week on Saturdays. Despite that i still am losing weight and have seen changes; my stomach has gotten flatter! 3/4 of the workouts i vary are by Roberta’s gym, thank you so much for these workouts!!!

@@christellesaligumba8594 there would be an another reason as you started eating junk food ,sweets , sugary drinks and overeating too . If u loses weight and after that u want to remain fit only you need to do is a walk of 15 minutes in morning and after eating dinner .

@@jmmhjhhj4828 hmmm workout are the same as these. My timings are usually from 4.00 to 5.00. I don't do any kind of a deit and after this exercise I run for some time. This helps even more Hole I replied to ur question crctly

I hope this will help me a bit to get rid of that stubborn belly fat. And before you start judging if I’m eating clean. I started with Nextlevel Diet three months ago, and it has been working perfectly but I feel the need to boost it up a little more with this.

Gotta say this is the best workout I’ve ever done. No seriously I could see the difference in one week, two weeks people started mentioning and in almost a month the change was VERY visible and obvious. Would definitely recommend this workout it’s amazing!!

I have been doing this for maybe 4 or 3 days with 2 other exercises, and I am happy to say that today I finally noticed a change in my belly. Of course it isn’t a big difference but it’s definitely an A+ for only 3-4 days! EDIT #1 - Remember you can’t target belly fat. In order to lose fat somewhere you have to work your entire body. Full body workouts are great if you don’t go to the gym. I also recommend going for walks or running for at least 10-30 minutes a day. Don’t expect to get results fast, it took me 3 weeks to see slight results doing different workouts, but I have been working out for over 3 months now and my body definitely toned up! I am still struggling to lose body fat % because of my eating disorder but I am working on it. EDIT #2 - Just a reminder to do workouts you enjoy and eat healthier! Make colorful food with more veggies and fruits. Don’t stress about food or workouts, I noticed I would get discouraged when I had a workout routine. Now I just do whatever I feel like is best for me/what I am in the mood for. I also discovered that watching food related videos made me think a lot about food and crave foods when I am not hungry so that’s something I would try to avoid. I personally don’t like doing cardio but I did it for 2 weeks (30-70 minutes a day + one rest day each week) and lost body fat percentage. It was extremely hard to get through each workout since like I mentioned I am not the biggest fan of it. Though, I definitely recommend doing it even for 10 minutes a day. It really helped me a ton! I understand that cardio is frustrating so just keep in mind that you are doing it for results and for a short period of time. That’s what helped me get through it. My final thoughts are, losing weight IS hard but not impossible. Doing exercises you enjoy is definitely better than hating to workout because you “have” to do HIIT or cardio. (Pilates and Yoga are my favorite for lazy days!) Finally, as much as we all hate to hear it, it all depends on our genetics. Everyone’s body is different so don’t stress when something doesn’t work for you. Try different methods until you find the one. I won’t be checking this anymore. I wish the best of luck to everyone! i actually love this workout so much, not only do I feel myself getting stronger but everytime I do this it immideatly reduces bloating and ive started to see and feel abs even when Im not sucking in my stomach or engaging my core or whatever its called. thank you roberta!

Day 1 : burning Day 2 : hurts but feels good at the same time Day 3 : It’s less hard than the first day, i can’t tell if there’s any difference on my body yet Day 6 : I don’t struggle anymore, at first i would see a lot of my belly hanging when i’m in plank and now i see way less of it (its been 2 weeks i’m doing a calorie deficit) Week 3 : well it works

This was a great workout and can easily fit into the busiest persons schedule- not hard at all. I was able to do each exercise (besides the plank) this is my first day and i feel the burn *in a good way* going to be doing this everyday!

I have a headache but I’m gonna try it anyway! I’m 14 and my goal for the next 4 months is to lose 10kgs so I’ll update this every day: (start weight is 56kgs) ALSO I’m doing it twice a day, once in morning and evening ❤️ Day one: pretty hard, for me the leg drops were the hardest but I completed the workout! ✅ Day two: same as yesterday, a bit hard but successfully completed it and felt pretty good afterwards! ✅ Day three: slightly easier! Day 1- 11:53pm 19/11/23, pretty hard, the Russian twist was probably the easiest and only one I could do for the full 20 secs, this really showed me how unfit I am. It’s time to start working on myself Day 2- 11:25pm 20/11/23, not as bad as yesterday first 3 exercises weren’t too bad, plank I did for 10 secs yesterday I did for 5, I really enjoyed this time felt much more easier. ( tip)!! Do squats before or after doing this really helps! Day 3- 10:52pm 21/11/23, couldn’t do much since my legs were so sore from running today but tomorrow I will do all!!

Doing this for a week! Day 1: Bit sweaty, felt burn but overall easy😜 Day 2: Seeing results Day 3: sweated more than usual Day 4: hard felt pain Day 5: stomach looks smaller Day 6: finished the challenge overall. I’ve been doing these exercises for 5 months and this is what I can tell you: • the only exercises I do are these ones • my aim wasn’t to loose weight but to be healthy • a perk would be a little of defined abs • the first month I did it 4x a day •then, 2x everyday. Only skipped like 5 days in these 5 months. • for the first 2 months I was between ‘HEY IT’S WORKIN’ and ‘crap, it’s not working…’ • change takes time and I decided not to put pressure on this After 5 months, I have slightly define abs, not Miley Cyrus’s abs but humble ones. I think I’ve lost at least 4 pounds because all of my jeans are floating on me. I’m stronger, healthier and prouder of my body.

I am 58 and my stomach is soft now. Boy did my stomach burn the second day it. I do 5 of the exercises and 2 sets of the first three. Two of them are hard on lower back once my back gets stronger I will do all. They work my stomach is feeling harder. Best exercises I have seen in a long time👍

Happy to. Comment that my tummy is changing...9 of may my first day of challenge nd today is 16 and I am surprised too... But I have something for you that my lower tummy is change day by day means going towards slimming but my upper tummy is like a balloon nd after eating healthy it become more... I am trying to say these exercises are also fully effective for upper tummy also thanku❤😊

I have a knee problem so i can not do knee tuck crunch but here we are. Im starting right now. Im on a diet, trying intermitting fasting. Tree meals in a day. And walking almost 10k every day. Day 1✨ Its was okay because I didnt do knee tuck crunch, i think it could be the hardest one. However it was a refreshing workout 😇 Day 2 💫 It WAS SO HARD because my belly hurtsss! But i did it! I love that burns because it feels like its working. Keep going guys!

Okay. I wasn't planning to leave a comment but this is my second time coming here so I thought of sharing my experience. I'll try to keep updating everyday. Day 1: I did this exercise and it truly was the longest 10 minute of my life. It was tough and definitely got me on the verge of sweating. After this exercise, I went for a walk. Also skipped dinner. Day 2 : I skipped this exercise because my muscles were so sore that even coughing or laughing made me feel pain in my abdomen area. But I followed another exercise and as usual went for a walk. Day 3: I looked in the mirror today and my tummy definitely feels less bloated and I feel it has become a little tight and hardened. I gathered my courage and came here to do this again today. My muscles are still in pain but I completed the exercise. Yaay! 🎉 I will be going for a walk later in the evening. I'll update tomorrow again. So sorry! I totally forgot to update. Day 4: I did the exercise. 💯 My muscles aren't sore anymore. I'm also going for a walk everyday. It really helps. Day 5: Done 💯 Day 6: I skipped today because I was so busy. 😓 But I did go for a walk. I'm walking atleast 6000 steps per day. Day 7: Done with the exercise. And will be going for a walk again later. Day 8: Was so busy preparing for exam that I didn't get time to do this today. But not gonna lie. YOU DEFINITELY SEE RESULTS! I can see the muscles above my belly toned up. Also I've been trying to do one meal a day. If I'm not that hungry, I skip dinner at night. Day 9:

You shouldn’t eat one meal a day, I think a better option would be to eat the equivalent of one meal but spaced out so you don’t get hungry throughout the day

Trying this for a week to see any changes :) Day 1 : completed , pretty sweaty but worth it 🥳 . Day 2 : completed , not that sweaty just a little. Day 3 : completed , sweaty , felt my body burning . Day 4 : completed , felt very veryyyy sore . Day 5 : completed, my body hurtsssss but still did it 😄 Day 6 : completed Day 7 : really noticed changes thanks ! 👀

As I am a disabled person who can't exercise while standing or can't walk more than 30 minutes without resting but love to work out, this helps me a lot, laid down and do it , thanks for sharing , would you please shere with me if you have some more ,?
