5 Minute dough! This is the easiest and healthiest banana bread recipe! No sugar No milk & eggless
Whole wheat flour 280-300g
Salt 3g(1/2tsp)
Active dry yeast 3g(1tsp)
Water 50ml
Honey 30g
RIpe banana 2(230g after peeling)
Olive oil 15g
Cranberries 60g
Honey 2tsp
water 1tsp
190 C /375 F bake for 25-30 minutes
全麦面粉280-300克
盐 3克（1茶勺）
活性干酵母 3克（1茶勺）
蜂蜜 30克
清水 50毫升
橄榄油 15克（1大勺）
蔓越莓干 60克
刷面用：

I tried the recipe today, is really good.i don't have honey, so I use sugar instead. And I use butter wash instead and put caster sugar on top of bread... really yummy Was a bit impatient to wait for 3 rise to double... but worth it

Добрый вечер. Привет из России. Очень хороший рецепт и видео. Испекла хлеб по этому рецепту, правда внесла не большие изменения. Вместо цельнозерновой муки, использовала ржано - пшеничную. А вместо вяленой клюквы взяла сухофрукты; изюм, курагу, чернослив. Получилось очень вкусно и не обычно. Спасибо за рецепт.👍
