Long story short, I've had a lot of stress in my life the past few years & let my self care routine go. I've started trying to better myself again & needed something to soothe my soul & body. I used to practice yoga & wanted to get back into it. I love this quick 5 minute workout so I can't use the "I don't have time" excuse. I've done this for 3 days & can already feel an improvement. Thank you.

This definitely challenged my balance with tree, dancer, airplane and half splits, not to mention the strengthening needed for the one leg posed 🧘🏾‍♀ quick but a challenge that I made it wobbling through 😁SarahBeth you look like you were 16 in the flow video, but I love the streak of greys coming in your hair, you look beautiful at any age 🥰 Namaste 💜

Haha that was much more difficult than I expected it to be! I had to use a prop just to get into a very rudimentary dancer's pose. I loved the short quick challenge and have this saved for the future!
