Love your yoga! You have a soothing voice and no nonsense approach with direction but no excessive talking. I’m sure you get many requests for different practices. So here goes. I have had a recent knee injury which while no surgery is required (yet) I cannot do anything which requires knee bends, such as child’s pose, cat cow, pigeon, lunges. I’m sure others out there will benefit! I do what I can, but this particular practice is off limits to me! Namaste.

I’m sorry to hear that. 💙 I do have a couple chair yoga videos that you may like for now. I’m not sure if the crossing at the knee would be painful for you but maybe worth at try for now? 🙏 Take Care of yourself and always listen to your body.

I normally lo e all the videos, but for this one it was very hard with bad knees to switch knees quickly for the kick stand and cow legs was not possible for me. Notification suggestions would have been helpful. I will keep looking for what works for me.

Yes they are color coded - Pink is power, Teal is Vinyasa, Blue is Hatha, Purple is Restortive/YIN yogas.
