Hi! This is a GOOD one! Because these workouts are only 5 minutes, you can stack them on with another workout as a finisher (I have a ton of great workouts on my channel!) or you can do these 3-5 times a week by themselves. If you're just doing it without stacking, repeat this workout 3 more times! I'll be posting a new full body workout this week 💜💜💜
