Join me for this quick indoor walk. This is just 5 minutes and we will be doing walking exercises and full body moves to increase your calorie burn, this is a low-impact workout but you will feel this working. The workout uses Walking Weight Loss exercises that will help with healthy weight loss. If you are looking to lose weight it is important to combine this with a healthy eating plan.

Miss Lucy I am addicted to your workouts. Now I dare to request you to make some exercises with 5 minutes duration which we can do anywhere preferably without using shoes ( as taking them anywhere is somewhat troublesome for me). Thank you, I just did the workout and I really liked it. I have just one question to you as my quality trainer: Is it true, that fat burning starts after 20 minutes of moving ????

Great question and the other is when we move we burn calories which happens the minute we start moving so it happens way before 20 Minutes ✔️ also the other great thing to remember is we are actively toning our muscles so this naturally increases our metabolism 💕
